Employees don't seem happy and don't want to work. Why not just work at the Michael's next door, if you don't want to work at fast food. It seems hundreds of other reviews experienced the same issues with this location. I'm surprised no one went on Wendy's Twitter to say something about it
Not only did we wait 30 minutes for our order -- but the family who ordered after us, got their order first (same number of people and items). We checked that there were no customers in the drive way. So the employees just sat around and twiddled their thumbs I guess. They gave us our food immediately after we asked "where is our $60 order? Or can we get a refund?"
The cashier dropped our change onto the counter and left it there. No apologies about any mistakes or the lack of service. Employees are probably so untrained, I expect them to not know how to process refunds euther.
Plus, we found a lovely, long hair in our burger... they gave us free fries and extra patties back as an "apology". How about working on your sanitation and food service as well? There are no hair nets in...
Read more3/21 Came by last night and ordered a meal and was offered a cookie for .99 cents i took that offer got home and took a bite off the cookie and thankfully i didnt take a deep bite cookie, it was very hard almost chipped my tooth no lie. Check your cookie before you leave the drive thru!
3/22 Update: went to wendy's for a meal and told the person at the drive thru about the cookie situation. Mark these words the lady said "well.....yesterday was yesterday i cant do nothing about it". I drove up to the window asked to speak to a manager, the lady with the same accent said that she couldnt help and that i need to get with night manager, so i left with no cookie or refund.
This wendy's in my opinion needs some type of re training on how to treat customers, 1 there should be no reason to deny someone a refund or a fresh item again especially if you call yourself a manager. She never asked if i had the reciept or the cookie, and i wasnt going to bother making a scene for a 99 cents cookie. Instead i rather write a lengthy review to express my thoughts...

I don’t expect much with customer service at fast food locations but this was way too bad for me to just keep my mouth shut. Number 1 red flag was pulling up to the window after ordering my food and seeing the cashier pick up her phone and continue on her texting conversation as I’m patiently waiting to give her my form of payment. Once she decides she was ready to mentally clock on and do her job. I give her the form of payment and carry on only to find out my order is completely wrong. I’m missing a drink, I got a chicken sandwich instead of my #2, I order two chocolate chips cookies and receive only 1 sugar cookie. I grab my items and go to the store to a younger gentleman who seemed so offended that I needed my order fixed and made a comment as if I was trying to steal. ??
