Baker's Dozen Donuts - Riverside — Restaurant in Riverside

We ordered a box of old donuts last night. My husband used this app called too good to go. The app is on his phone but sent me to get them but he couldn't send me the code for pick up and he accidentally swiped that the donuts were picked up. Mind you pick up time is at 6:30 am for today 8.19. We explained what happened but bc of i guess "fraud" in the past where ppl did this for others strokes and picked up wrong orders they could not give us the order. It's honestly ridiculous. I'll post the screen shot just for you all to see how stupid it is for the store to deny when I am writing this review from my home at 6:53 am, I arrived at 6:30 am per their pick up time. So how much fraud could I do when the date says pick up on 8.19 at 6:30? I'm already getting a deal so why would I want to steal donuts? Stupidest thing ever. WOW, so impressed by the yummy donut holes, cleanliness, kindness, and fantastic customer service! My handicapped brother-in-law loves glazed donuts, but is diabetic so the solution is getting just a half/dozen donut holes which I ordered. Then I noticed there's a price break on a dozen. So, I asked for an addt'l half doz donut holes, but in a separate bag so he wouldn't be tempted. And anywhere else, I probably would have been charged 2x, & rightly so due to the expense of the extra bag. But not here! I got the price break, a smile, a thank you, and she got my change in the retirement fund cup!!

Cute throw back styling, nice staff, quick service, plenty of parking and an extensive selection. There are a lot of specialty donuts, croissants, and sweets as well as all the usual donuts like glazed, twist, chocolate dipped; both yeast and cake-style. I had the “cinnamon crumb coffee roll” - I don’t know if that’s its official name but that’s how it tasted and looked - and it was a tiny bit dry. But good! And my partner got a ham n cheese croissant but didn’t end up eating it because it had jalapeños and he didn’t know that plus he doesn’t like them.
