Came here after a craving - went inside (thankfully) and ordered. It was dead, we were the only ones in there. The menu looks like it's changed - they no longer list the vegetarian options, so I had to ask and was assured that they're still there. At 540 pm, we ordered 1 burrito, 1 taco burger, 2 tacos, and 1 fri - and at 6pm finally got our food. Strange because the drive thru was never empty, but the lines weren't crazy long either.
My wife said that the cook was moving at an absolute snail's pace, but whatever, I suppose for $20/hr now, no one needs to try.
I got the food and when I opened the taco, there was no veggie meat, only beans. I took both tacos back up front and the cook helped -and I explained that there was no veggie meat. He said, "Right, it's only beans." I asked if something had changed because that's not the case, and he said no. Then the cashier came over and corrected him, saying that it's wrong and it does come with veggie meat and he'll correct it.
Ok, no big deal, accidents happen, the cook must be new. He told me it'd be a couple minutes for the replacements.
10ish minutes later, the cashier said, "hey, it's done" and then walked away. Honestly, I wasn't looking for anything free, but I half-expected a "sorry" or some acknowledgement.
All of our food tasted slightly off. I couldn't place it, but it was just sad and disappointing.
We spent about 35 minutes in there total, and it was a very unsatisfying experience. I'm disappointed, but I suppose I can save my money by not going back in the future. Too bad, I...
   Read moreOur school recently held a fundraiser event at Bakers, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The event was organized by the PTA to raise funds for our school, and Bakers went above and beyond to make it special.
The staff rolled out the green carpet for us, literally! They had frog-themed balloons, decorations, and even gave out fun frog swag for the kids, which was such a nice touch. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun for everyone, from the little ones to the adults.
A huge shoutout to Laura, the manager, for being so accommodating and making sure everything went smoothly. Garry was also fantastic, helping out directly during the event and making everyone feel welcomed.

   Read moreI am very disappointed with the service I have received from Baker's during my last 3 or 4 visits, and in my attempt to address issues with customer service. The new Baker's in Woodcrest is the worst! Many of the people who work there are rude and clueless, and the drive-thru is incredibly slow requiring excessive wait times. I've also had many problems with the app and website. I recently attempted to report my last incident to customer service but was unable to do so due to a problem with the phone number field in the online form. I then attempted to contact customer service by phone but couldn't get a live person and the only option was to leave a message on voicemail. I left a message but, of course, I never heard back from anyone. Baker's has failed on so many levels. Not just at a specific location, but at the corporate level as well.
