Burger King — Restaurant in Riverside

I came in and asked for my food. They forgot to put cheese on my burger and I kindly asked the lady (Mica) if she could put the cheese on my two burgers. Instead of offering a better service experience she just handed me two pieces of cheese in a bag. The cook gave me a dirty look as if I had the fault he forgot the cheese that was clearly said on my order. I have worked in a fast food facility before and I personally would have offered to make new burgers, not just handed them two pieces of cheese in the bag. My food was great. My complaint is more on management. The cashier gave me a coke instead of a lemonade and I brought it up to the manager. The cashier may have been a new employee but the way the manager looked at the new employee was unacceptable. There was no patience or compassion on the employee.
