Taco Bell — Restaurant in Riverside

Me and my fiance are vegetarian for religious purposes and we asked for no beef in any of our food and when we got home and started eating, what do you know, there was beef. We re-read the order after being asked if everything was correct and it stated on the screen our request for no beef. We've gone over 8 years with no restaurant or fast food restaurant feeding us something we deny in our diet until today. If I could give 0 stars I would have, are people unaware that you can bring the employee and or company to court and file a lawsuit over this? Look at mcdonalds, having to switch their fryer grease to vegetable based oil due to this exact type of lawsuit. People make mistakes, yes, but when there was literally no one else in line and no other order I personally find it impossible to believe it wasn't intentional. I will be requesting my money back for my complete order and if I do recieve my refund we'll take our L and just never come back, if they refuse I'll have no other option but to bring the case to court. It is a breach of contract between the store/employees and the customer and it is also discrimination not to respect one's religious beliefs. The folks at the drive thru were awesome. They were very kind and tried to be helpful, and the food was fresh and done quickly. The problem I have very likely has NOTHING to do with the workers and more to do with the owners or whoever makes these arbitrary rules.

I wanted to pay for a large cup of ice water. They said they could give me a water cup (about the size of a medium drink I think). I said, "No I'll pay for it. Can you charge me for a large soda and just fill it with water?" They wouldn't. No matter how many times I asked or how I asked. They wouldn't just give me the damn water even if I paid EXTRA for it. I told him I'm pregnant (which is true, and I didn't want to list all of the other medical reasons I wanted a large water, I don't think I should've had to) and needed water. Didn't matter, I couldn't buy a large water. I ended up having to stop again to spend money somewhere else while I was out to get another water, which would've never happened if I got the large water in the first place.

At this taco bell it takes them forever to make the food and when my food finally arrived they had it on a tray when I put on the machine that I wanted take out. So I told the worker and he put all the food in the bag. Then he said ok there, but he didn't gave me the drinks so I told him and he gave me the drinks. Then I got to my car and checked the food because I have a very specific order. So I checked a taco and it had tomatoes and sour cream which I put i didn't want. So I went to go tell them. When I got in a lady looked at me so I told her and she said ok and went to go get the food and I heard the same guy that gave me the food told the lady that was giving me the right order say "tell him to give you the back the taco" in Spanish and I understand Spanish so when the lady came back to give the right order I said do you want back the taco and she said no so I left. Last thing when I got back to my house I was eating the burrito and at the end I tasted sour cream so I checked ans saw sour cream at the end. So with all of that I would rate this taco...
