Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Riverside

Carl's Jr was never my go to place but this Carl's Jr has had me coming back as I have a good experience every time.The ambience is one of comfort without luxury. The murals inside look fabulous. The set up of the tables are nice and feels very open as well as inviting. All this combined makes this place makes me feel very comfortable.

I have been here a quite a few times now and overall they have great service. I have noticed that the manager Dora is on the workers and not only does she lead them she helps them clean which I believe are good leadership skills. The cashiers have been great and have let me know about certain deals or meals they have going on at the time. One cashier I have noticed in particular has been Esmeralda. She has a great spirit everytime I go in along with a good smile. She is very generous with giving me time to order and making sure everything comes out right. I see her cleaning dining quite often making sure there is clean areas to eat and a clean walkway, which leads me to believe they are pretty hygienic.

The food has been pretty delicious. Every time I order the guacamole bacon burger combo the taste of the guacamole and bacon never seem to fail me. The guacamole stands out to me because it is just what I'm looking for when I think of guacamole.The portions are great as well. The food is filling and I have never had a problem with any of it. I will definitely keep coming here and recommend it to anyone if they consider going...

After running errands in the area this is a great place to pause for a bite to eat. Been doing so for years now, and this Carl's has always been okay. Except just recently when the short, chubby, manager chick screwed up a simple milk shake. First of all she called my to go order number and handed me a bag with food items. But forgot the chocolate shake I'd ordered and payed for. I reminded her about the shake and she seemingly, reluctantly, and begrudgingly quickly threw something together that sorta, kinda, looked like it could have been a shake. She briskly shoved the cup at me, and out of habit, to be polite I said, "thanks". When I got to my car and sat behind the wheel, I stopped short of turning the ignition on as I look at that pitiful cup once more. Long story, short; I took the shake back inside the place and had the problem corrected by a kind and polite employee, (he probably was a new hire too), as the so called seasoned manager looked on. Hey manager, how hard is it to squirt a little whipped cream on top of...

Fast easy and convince. The only issue i see is as u coming out the drive through feels narrow. On top of there always someone by the garbage asking 4 money. Rather than disppose of ur garbage. U start to worry abt the person begging not to run them over. Plus u just say, forget abt stopping keep moving. I really dont understand, if the begger is hired by the chain store so people cannot dispose their garbage and hoping driver run this person. So chain can sue the insurance company to make up their lost sales numbers to meet corporate number. Or the store wants to save money on barbage bags which may cost .10cents. But other high price items not counted or dont care becz barbage bags most important tgan savibg $3 they lost from customer not coming back. Im googling their math formal for cost savings. No luck so far. Finally my browser told me, u stupid $3 is more than 10 cents. Not the other way around. Unless u r in a foreign country them US .10 CENTS COULd BE MORE THAN $3 of that country currency. Im all confuse now....
