Horrible why do you have all highschool kids working here , first the girl on the speaker says we're only accepting exact cash or Debit.. trying to keep business away the line was empty and it was late in the morning.. secondly horrible customer service and why is the cashier handling the food no gloves just touching money and touching our food even late at night , the cashier was also the cook smh whaaaat....most importantly the food was terrible, dry old nasty threw it all away all 5 items.... Change your service or shut it down this is the second horrible experience here... I feel bad for anyone who's first time at Del is this location 😒 🤢 I'd give zero stars if I could and I won't ever come back!!! Be careful people they already have a 3 star rating for a reason and with the food coming out like that you're bound...

What a joke! I have lived in the area for 20 years, have eaten at this Del Taco location HUNDREDS of times, but now I am officially done. It might sound frivolous to some, but to me it is important. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. I like my fries extra extra extra crispy / well done. I also like my drinks with extra ice. It is without exaggeration that I state that I have ordered my food this way 200 hundred times, and EVERY time I get my food, the fries are cooked regular, and there is minimal ice in my cup. It doesn't matter what time of the day or evening I patronize this establishment. They either can't follow orders, are ignorant, or simply brush off my specific request. Horrible ! Went they the drive thru and asked for 2 bean and cheese cups , one with green sauce the other with red and add taco meat .The employee asked me if I wanted beans😳 I picked up my order and there were only beans , no sauce , no cheese and there were no straws. Went back thru the drive thru and again explained 1 bean and cheese cup with red sauce and taco meat... i got maybe 1/4 cup of beans with no cheese floating in red sauce . Asked for straws twice and the blonde bimbo basically thru them at me. Tried calling to see who was in charge of this location but it goes to a fax machine. One star only for the...
