American Donuts #6 — Restaurant in Riverside

I went to this place with my friend to buy a filled donut. When I asked the lady working there if the filling contained gelatin, explaining that I avoid it as a Muslim due to its potential pork content, she repeatedly claimed not to understand my question, even when I showed her information online. Politely, I decided not to make a purchase and began to leave. In response, she angrily accused me of confusing her and demanded I leave the restaurant. It was the rudest encounter I've ever had. It felt like she didn't respect my dietary concerns as a Muslim, which was very frustrating. In my 4.5 years living in the USA, every other donut place has been understanding about gelatin issues. I even suggested she check online to understand what gelatin is, but she refused, which I found incredibly unreasonable. She really needs to learn how to treat...

If possible I would rate this place a zero. Made a late run with my husband to this donut shop an hour before their closing time and had the worse experience. A gentleman was counting money behind the counter and didn't acknowledge my husband being there. Afterward another gentleman from the back came and told my husband to "get out because its closing time". DO NOT RECCOMEND. A paying customer deserves better...

I'm giving this place two stars only because the donuts and coffee that I got we're great and very tasty. But the representative gave me donuts that were incorrect no napkins and the lid on my coffee came off as soon as I set the coffee down in my car.
