The first time ever MONEY has gone MISSING while paying through this drive-thru. I always head to this location because it's the closest and not once have I had a problem. I ordered and went to the window to pay the total which was 36.38 (l remembered exactly). I handed CHARLOTTE, the cashier at the window, two 10 dollar bills, one 20 dollar bill, and 38 cents exactly. She took my money and I WATCHED her go inside and come back out telling me I was missing money to complete my total. Can you believe that! I told her I gave her two 10s, one 20, and 38 cents exactly. She said I only handed her the two 10s and 38 cents. That's when DALIA, another person inside, came out and told me that she "watched" charlotte take my money and that what she was holding is all I gave her. A complete lie because she didn’t physically see me hand her money. I asked to check the cameras but all they could do was count the register until 7am the next morning when manager Hugo came in. During the ordeal not once did I raise my voice nor cuss but Charlotte was in the background yelling "does she not know how to count her money. Someone needs to teach her how to count her money". Very rude and disrespectful. I come in next morning to my 20 dollars being "found" under the register. I let Hugo know about the ordeal and he brushed it off like it happens all the time. I'm letting ALL my friends and family know about what happened and I hope this location takes action, they need to teach their employees how to speak to customers...
Read moreThis location is horrible I ordered food and modified it they then verified with me my simple modification and then made the food I waited 10-15 minutes at the window to then receive cold food. When I get home I noticed my order wasn’t modified correctly and it was missing things I then tried to call them over and over about 9 times no answer I then tried to call them 5 times the next day and still no answer until the last one and someone answered and said hi thanks for calling uhaul. I then leave work and go to talk to a manager and the manager HUGO was extremely rude no customer service skills what so ever he does not need to be a manager he completely ruined my night by how arrogant he was. I tried to explain to him what went wrong and he tried to make it sound like it was my fault and tell me he can’t remake my food nor give me a refund on my order. I tried to explain what happened and he just talked over me the whole time I spend my hard earned money there to enjoy my food not to have something distasteful. HUGO is a horrible example of management. When he finally stayed quiet when I try to explain to him what happened he walked away in the middle of my explanation. Rolling his eyes and smirking. Read moreThe employees are rude and lie about being management in order to avoid dealing with consequences , I received half of my order I was given 2 bags 1 bag had 2 small bags inside 1 bag was sauce the other had 2 tacos , the next bag was the same 1 small bag had 4 tacos and 2 sandwiches that's all ! I called to speak with management and was told that's who I was speaking with when in fact it wasn't He had me repeat the order then asked what was missing I told him 3 items were missing And I would have my brother pick them up Once my brother arrived they attacked him and made a huge deal about replacing the missing iteams They chose to " replace the entire order" still forgetting the fries and messing the oder yet again 🤦♀️ Why baddger the customer for your mistake And then accused my brother for stealing food ! This was beyond rude they messed up !!! I called them once my brother got home and herd how he was treated , I asked to speak with management and yet again was lied to I demanded to speak to the real manager!
