Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Riverside

This shop usually features a large variety and many different flavors of donuts. The daytime service here is stellar. But the late night hours are just the opposite.

I stopped by for some donuts after work, Monday night, 12/04/2017, around 11:45 p.m. A fellow slowly, and seemingly, very reluctantly came out of the back room. He had a nasty scowl on his face.

There were hardly any donuts on display and there were no other customers about. A few chocolate and sprinkled donuts were on view, but very little else. I asked the fellow, " Is this all you have?" He nodded quickly and impatiently, as if I was pestering him. I told him that if what was on display was all there was, then no thanks, he didn't have anything I wanted to buy.

He stood there gawking with a perplexed look as I walked out of the shop. This man was quite unfriendly. He neglected to greet me, kept me waiting for nothing and acted as if I was intruding or interrupting him from something more important than waiting on a paying customer.

I hope you can read fella, and that you read this review. You are lousy man! I'm in the customer service business myself and would never dream of mistreating patrons. Regardless of whether I've had a bad day or otherwise.

You have cost this establishment with your negative, inhospitable, and adversarial demeanor. This Yum Yum was a favorite until I met you, you crumb bum!! By the way, I have come to this shop late at night on 3 other separate occasions and, yes, YOU treated me disdainfully each time.

Well buddy boy, the chickens have finally come home to roost. I dislike it when someone in a position such as yours is filled with contempt for the very people that sustain their business...

I absolutely hate this place the last time I went to this place to three years ago in the same it was the worst service I ever had I come to this place a picture in the two parents singing twice about it because of my last experience and the same thing happened I come out to the cashier just no one attending it I look at the donuts there's nothing like six different options donuts for a place to be open for 24 hours a day you have to at least have every option donut and at least three listen to doctor Bolivar is my sister's donut David kind for it to like be available so what's the point of it being open the guy didn't understand what I was saying in English so I speak to him in Spanish and then again he still didn't understand this is the worst place you can come to I recommend not to come to this place give your money to a homeless person give it to a shelter but this is not the place to...

Went in yesterday for some sandwiches. To begin the cashier was rude and had horrible customer service. We are dealing with a pandemic and we understand there are rules in place for everyone's safety. But this place had no signs that said creamer needed to be served by them into your cup. A lady after me ordered a coffee and got the creamer she wanted, the cashier then snatched it out of her hands and said YOU CAN'T TOUCH IT. How are people supposed to know if YOU HAVE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE. 2nd none of my sandwiches were warmed or needed anything hot they took a long time to come out. 3rd the place was beyond dirty and gross. Because of what's happening you'd think they'd keep everything clean and wiped down to avoid any sickness. And lastly idk what they put in the sandwiches but both my husband and i got sick after...
