This Starbucks location is the closest to home. Every time I order a drink, I order it before leaving my house. I give myself 15 before I start driving. When I get there my drink is never ready!. The last time I went I ordered 20 mins before leaving my house. I get to Starbucks and still waited 10+ mins. Until I asked a Barista about my order. They still hadn't started my order!!. I asked for my order to be cancelled and I left. I called them to ask if they cancelled my order and they said I had to go into the store. I got there a couple minutes before 8pm and the manager told me they were closed. Google says they close at 10pm. Apparently only drive thru is open until 10pm I highly believe she could've helped me. She was rude as well. My order was never cancelled nor did I get my money back! She said I was only able to get my money back that same day, other than that there was nothing else she could do. Honestly, I should've stop going there after my first...

Today however, they had 2 young adult baristas that were more occupied with flirting with each other than helping customers. Both tall and slender. The young man had curly hair. He did start my frapp in a timely manner but decided it was more important to give his coworker a choc wrapped bunny and slip it in her apron pocket at the drive thru window station than finish my drink. Luckily the other shorter adult male who was working constantly noticed my drink was still sitting in the blender and he finished it for me and apologized for the wait. 5 stars to the lady barista helping patrons in the lobby and to the shorter gentleman that stayed busy. 2 stars to the two younger adults the female helping patrons at the drive thru window and the taller curly haired young man who clearly was more interested in his coworker...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went with my wife with extra time to order two drinks the line was long and they were people complaining about their stuff taking too long after it was our turn up 20 minutes later they got my order wrong I asked for a cappuccino they gave me nothing but foam and less than half of cappuccino they returned my drink and gave me a caramel hot macchiato and they took him two times to get it right the third time I asked the girl at the counter is my drink ready she said she'll check when she came back she said she needed a insulator on the cup will be right out into second it took her 3 minutes when I asked after she came back where is our other items she says I don't know only do drinks very unprofessional she couldn't take the time to go check. This is a place that seriously need some customer service starting with management. I will not return to this place hopefully corporate can fix all this issues because my wife likes to come here most...
