Got a couple of chicken quesadillas for the kids. They not only were expensive but also god awful. The price is comparable to r burger ($10-12) but here they are bad in all ways. First, they are greasy, the chicken seems to be not chunks but small ground pieces. Think ground beef but chicken. R burger gives you a good dollop of guac. Here, they ask me in the drive through "do you want the guac?" I'm like, if I'm paying for the guac, then yeah, I want it? Why ask? Very trashy to ask in my opinion. Like they are trying to save money. Well, it's not guac, it's a watery salsa like sauce with a hint of avocado in a tiny salsa container. Very disappointing. First and last time here.
I also had the chili fries. Like the quesadillas, they were way too greasy. But at least the price wasnt offensive.
I feel I need to clarify, r burger quesadillas are still way over priced in my opinion. But at least there, the quality seems to be somewhat worth it. Do yourself a favor, if you can make the drive, just go to R burger or...
Read moreMy wife and I went to order food on 1-13-19 we ordered a pastrami sandwich to split and one large order of chili cheese fries. As soon as we got home I gave my wife one half of the sandwich and as we were eating, during my 3rd bite I felt something in my mouth and it was a long piece of black hair! I was so disgusted my wife took me back to return it and a girl there named Liz didn’t seem to react to it nor did she apologize! She simply asked if I wanted my money back without using her customer service skills and offer to pay my bill in full. She simply just gave me my money back (for the sandwich only) as if this was no big deal. Customer Service has been my job for the last 11years and this is NOT how you treat a customer who ate HAIR! I will take this further to ensure the manager Tony understands how serious this is and possibly teaches his staff better customer service or hire those who can master it plus wear hair nets! It’s a food place...
Read moreCan't believe the owner switched to Pepsi they already charge high prices and yet are trying to save probably 10 cents a drink well hopefully 10 cents extra profit is worth losing a longtime customer
Coke products on average are 120 per box of syrup which is 5 gallons mixed at a ratio of 5:1 that means that that 5 gallons makes 30 gallons of coke for $120 let's break that down to ounces 128 oz in a gallon times 30 gallons equals 3,840 ounces now dividing $120 by 3,840 ounces equals 3 cents an ounce and they charge almost 4 bucks for a large soda 44oz now let's say they put half ice which they usually put more that 44oz is now 22 ounces times 3 cents an oz is 66 cents for that soda they charged almost 4 bucks for. They make tons of money on their soda this switch is pure greed. And trust me I'm not the first customer to be annoyed by this switch Ive talked to five people that said they will stop coming here because of...
