I’ll start by saying they had a really good matcha latte! The quality of the matcha was great. I got an iced oat milk matcha with pistachio cold foam. They lost stars due to the service. My friend and I both ordered breakfast burritos. My burrito didn’t have cheese on it (I was given someone else’s order). My friend didn’t get her burrito until 40 mins later- after 2 remakes. The first time there was hair in her burrito and the second time they put cheese on it (she ordered it without cheese). Now, after she found hair in her burrito ALONE, that should have been grounds for a refund AND a remake of her meal! And then to be given an incorrect order again after that and STILL no offer of a free drink or a refund. I feel like exceptional customer service would have been to offer her some type of compensation for having to wait 40 mins to get her breakfast order right. I tried to explain the disappointment of hair and then an incorrect burrito to the lady that helped us in the nicest way possible, but it went over her head and only offered to remake the burrito again smh. And I took the L on my burrito that wasn’t prepared the right way also. Although everyone was nice, I think maybe the employees there are lacking in customer service experience/skills. It is a great place to study with great matcha...

The one star is for the service and a particular employee I do not know her name, but she was working today around 2:20 PM long dark hair. I’ve came in here multiple times and she’s super chatty when she knows somebody that comes in and very just slow like in no hurry making drinks. I’ve asked questions before and she just seems very annoyed and the lady in front of me and asked for a top for her hot coffee, which I feel like should be placed on the coffee. And she kind of just put it on the cup but without placing it on properly to have the lady do it herself I feel like any type of coffee. You should always put a lid on it. I wish I knew her name but I don’t but she was working today with long, dark drinks I even said, thank you before I left right in front of her and no response just completely ignored. But this is like my third encounter with her she does not seem too friendly. Will be my last time...

Relaxed vibe and great drinks. I had the iced pistachio latte. The pistachio flavor didn't come through much, but the latte was pretty good. Not the best quality matcha powder but I could definitely taste the matcha. Was a solid 7/10 matcha. But the price was really good! I spent $10 for two small drinks and at some other cafes a small matcha will run you $6-7 so I felt like I got a good deal.

Kind of a picky thing, but I love the ice they have here. It's cubes, but solid ice is not full of holes like some other ice.

Atmosphere is great super chill vibes, but there's not a lot of room in the place. When I went 2pm on a Friday it was packed almost every chair taken we had to sit outside. The tables are wayyy too close together if you have to sit next to another table there's only like 3 inches between you and them. The outside tables at least you're not in somone...
