McDonald's — Restaurant in Riverside

I've been going to this establishment for many years. The staff has, for the most part been very friendly. Lately however this friendly service has diminished and I feel more hurried and less welcomed. My orders are also getting less consistent. The reason I decided to write this review was that I went through drive through and ordered a breakfast and a large coffee. As the young lady a young girl with a less than friendly attitude and a short rather sharp squeaky tone handed me my order of hot coffee it spilled on my forearm scalding my skin which reddened it for several days. I know she saw this as she turned away so I sat there waiting for acknowledgement for another minute or so while using a napkin to clean the coffee from my arm,shirt and pants. as I attached the lid on the coffee cup I was a bit disturbed but wasn't so surprised to see that no one was within site to offer help to acknowledge what had even happened. I was in a rush myself so I drove away having an appointment I couldn't be late for. I'm not writing this out of anger , or to get anyone fired.. just to inform management to be aware of this fact and perhaps take measures to ensure that these things happen less often than may be happening now if the employees feel rushed and the costumer may have to pay a price for their mistakes as well as the price of an order that has been prepared, but not to the customers request. Ill still frequent this establishment if not just to follow up on this review to see if my concern has ...

I'm going to tell you my recent experience with McDonald's has not been a great one. I love a Big Mac, nuggets fries from McDonald's. Their fries are the best! During Lent I have to order a filet of fish combo and a Shamrock shake. For years it has always been tradition for me. So I went to my local McDonald's located on Tyler St. First I was surprised not to be able to dine in. Then I tried to order a Shamrock shake. I was told they were not making the shake. I did without that week. The following Friday I would not eat at that location. Not being able to dine in or get my shake pissed me off. I drove down Magnolia and saw a Del Taco. Ok fish tacos it is I told myself. Again no dine in no restrooms. When you have a 92 year old mother you need facilities. I was so upset! Upon leaving Del Taco I noticed the homeless situation. People sleeping on the ground right outside the door of the restaurant. A lot of homeless loitering around the businesses. Then it struck me. I believe it's why you can't use a bathroom or dine in. I'm sorry for the homeless! So I went the following Friday to the location on Arlington Ave. Finally I got my dine in my Shamrock shake. Even though there was a homeless person outside the door. The facility was clean, the restrooms were available. I finally enjoyed my eating experience....

Seeing so many people complaining about the employees and the orders being wrong makes me feel like corporate should be involved and should know what’s going on💁🏻‍♂️ Honestly it’s not hard to have common sense and get quickest or easiest orders out fastest. You guys make people wait and wait and get The order wrong... half the time you guys SAY IT RIGHT BUT GET IT WRONG, how is that possible?? About two weeks ago I ordered a burger and soda. Due to Covid reasons I stood outside to allow someone else to order, waited 20minutes, went back jnside to see if my order was ready and was yelled at by the manager to go outside and wait before I could even speak. (She JUST clocked in already being rude) Keep in mind I’m seeing car after car after car driving off out from the drive thru (obviously my order is being ignored) I go back outside, then back inside after about 5more minutes. She yells at me again!! I tell her “well my I’ve seen 10cars drive off and I haven’t gotten my order” she tells me ... “your order is ready I called it already” ... I WAS OUTSIDE WHERE YOU TOLD ME TO WAIT. The employees make me want to do their job for them sometimes lol worse location I’ve been to in riverside. Oh wait I forgot to add they gave me a flat Dr Pepper after asking if it was flat or not being told...
