I religiously come here two times a week and the gentleman always have good customer service. Today I went to simply pick up my food and the lady on the register was just texting away… she knew I was there but she finished texting first and then asked me if I was ready… I told her I was there to pick up, and then she goes back to looking down at her phone and continues to text and then she logged in to the computer to ask for my name. First time to this location since I was near it. Got in and out quick. Service was fast and employees were all friendly. It runs a little on the pricy side as a rice and veggie bowl with sweet and spicy chicken and a bowl of miso soup ran like $14 but all in all it was filling and a good meal. I'm not sure how the do the miso but if you order it, make sure to stir it first. I think it's miso paste as I got a big burst of taste on my first bite of soup and rice, and found some paste like stuff in a corner of the bottom. Good otherwise and once I stirred it up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE I FEEL SO WELCOMED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON TOP!!! I LOVE ERNESTO hands down best person I have encountered in my life with the positive and friendly attitude he gives out. As well as having eveything so fast, neat, clean, and organized. All of the staff are friendly and amazing!!!
