This is my go-to as it's right near my house. I can walk over and back home with food.
I normally have a good food experience here, but a couple of things have been bothering me.
Had a couple of very snippy people taking orders. I normally order on my phone and go on in, but if I'm meeting someone, I stand in line. One girl recently just kept telling the lady in front of me, "you can't." I don't think that's a good phrase for someone in the service industry. You CAN'T so this, No, you CAN'T do that. Bad form. And then to be looking all over the place like one has ADD makes it worse. I would say smile, and look at the people whom you are helping.
Went there tonight. Had told my visitors from Europe, Yes, we can order and go right on in and pick it up. Well, nope. It was 6:30pm. We get there and I hear, "We're out of kale, can we substitute with something else? Also, we're out of multi-grain rolls, will baguettes do? Oh, we're out of Green Tea, sorry." Another lady was told we're out of oatmeal cookies, can I give you a chocolate chip instead? Ooops, we're out of chocolate chip. How about a cookie with M&Ms?"
Seriously, people are going there for dinner and they're out of EVERYTHING? I couldn't believe it.
It worked out, we had to wait about 20 minutes, since they hadn't even started the order when I placed it. The manager on duty really didn't even know what to say anymore. We got two little oreo-type cookies for having waited....
The cleanliness has been an issue sometimes. There are napkins strewn all over the floor, the tables aren't clean, etc. Bathrooms on the edge of being so-so.

Approached the manager, did not even apologize, just said "We will make it again."
Seven minutes later, here comes a burned sandwhich, black on both sides. Unacceptable.
I bring it back to the same "manager." Gives me a poor excuse of "It is hard to do it on sourdough bread." Well, The Tyler Mall location across Target never burned it before, it is obviously you an your staff who cannot get anything done correctly the first time.
I am told to throw it away by him, no apology, just cold hard attitude.
Please note this is not the first time I had a chat with this guy on this exact stores continuous failure to get things right the first time, or the second...
10 minutes go by, I am brought out a sandwhich that is still burned, with barely any ingredients used...Wow.
The receipt says that if they do not get it right the first time you are provided a free pastry...They got it wrong three times today...What am I getting?
Nothing, this manager deserves a serious customer service training course of 6-8 weeks in a facility that will straighten him and his staff out.
They should just shut this location down for two months for training...
I paid $6.25 for a burned gross incorrectly made three times, along with a negative attitude towards me...Plus tax.

My job placed an order for over 60 people online yesterday afternoon, called this morning to confirm the order would be ready today at 11AM. When we got there, the food was not ready and we had to wait another 45 minutes for cold food and part of the order missing. My favorite part was when we called to complain the recording says they will not answer the phone between 11AM and 1PM cause they are very busy. I don't understand that...you do catering and take large orders but if something is wrong there is no way to contact you except go back to the restaurant. So I go back to the restaurant, I ask for a manager and someone comes out from the kitchen, I explain what happened and she apologized and said she would make what was missing right now. So as I am waiting another 45 minutes I see there is a Manager taking orders at a register so I decided once I got my food I would mention to her what happened. The girl brings my food and again apologizes. I see the Manager again so I ask an employee if I can talk to her, he tells her I would like to talk to her and she puts her finger motioning to WAIT. I think I've waited long enough!! I tell the manager what happened and could seem to care less. We spent over $1,000 and she's gonna give me attitude??
