There was no wait time on a Saturday late evening, luckily, so I was seated quickly. Ordered the Shoyu On Fire with Crispy Chicken Kaarage & Grilled Gyoza The appetizers were plated first, then not long after the ramen came after there were not much waiting around. The flavors for my spicy ramen were delicious. The broth is very flavorful with its ingredients. I suggest ordering two eggs. One egg isn't enough for satisfaction. Must try everything I said except for gyozas. Those are just ordered for my partner who doesn't care to order something new, lol, but it's still good. I'm just saying if you want to try something new.
The second time going I ordered Tsukemen ramen & Shoyu fire
I realized they only give you half an egg with your order and will give you a full egg. When you order an extra egg why not give a complete egg ? is there no profit in giving a complete egg ? Anyways the Tsukemen ramen was a little too salty for me after drinking the soup broth a couple times & it does get cold a lot faster than the ramen that's all in its bowl because the tsukemen ramen is separate with noodles and soup broth aren't in the same bowl as the other ramen bowls. Also I don't recommend the tuna rice appetizers the fried rice is very hard the texture is not pleasant at all not...
Read moreI must express my profound disappointment with our experience yesterday at this restaurant. My family and I decided to try this place for the first time, and as someone who had never had Ramen before, I was looking forward to it. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two girls at another table, so we expected a peaceful dining experience. Our waitress, a very pleasant young woman, provided excellent service, and we were pleased with her attentiveness.
However, our experience took a sharp turn for the worse when it came time to pay. A man with a ponytail, who brought us the check, made an incredibly rude and uncalled-for comment. As he placed his device down to collect our payment, he said, "Once you pay, you can leave." It wasn't just the words he used, which were offensive enough, but the way he said them—with a dismissive and condescending attitude. I have no idea what prompted him to think it was acceptable to speak to a customer in such a manner. We had given him no reason to behave this way.
To add to the sting, yesterday happened to be my birthday. What was supposed to be a special meal turned into a deeply disappointing experience. This was our first visit, and I can guarantee it will be our last. I cannot recommend a place where such rudeness...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant. From the moment I stepped inside, the welcoming ambiance set the tone for a memorable evening. Ramen is my favorite type of food and I have tried it at many different restaurants but the depth of flavors used here were quite amazing and elevated to a different level. Another thing that amazed me were the appetizers. The Fried Gyoza and Pork Bun were amazingly light and delicious. The chef's expertise was evident in the impeccable presentation and the harmonious blend of flavors in every plate. The elegant decor was very hip and modern. The lighting created an intimate atmosphere that was both inviting and relaxing. What truly stood out was the staff's genuine passion for hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and well taken care of. In conclusion, this restaurant surpassed my expectations in every aspect. It is a hidden gem that deserves recognition for its outstanding cuisine, exceptional service, and inviting ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of an unforgettable...
