I am a customer of this location for the past 3 years, I go here several times per week. Never have I been more disappointed with customer service than today. We went to get drinks this morning before work, and ordered 3 venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam (we order this 3+ times per week). They made it with vanilla cold foam, which i would never order because i hate vanilla. Mistakes happen it’s fine.
I went in the store to tell them (as we ordered drive thru) and they were EXTREMELY rude! I thought they would simply just remake it since they messed it up, but no the guy Jake (who was rude and showed the worst customer service ever) just poured out the vanilla cold foam and added salted caramel cold foam. The thing with this is that the vanilla cold foam had already mixed with the coffee, and so it wasn’t really fixed. I told him I didn’t want the coffee and i would just reorder it. He then said that’s fine, just reorder and pay again. At this point i’m angry with the customer service, it’s not even about the money or anything else. And i just wanted my correct drink. Another lady Sarah asked rude what drink I wanted and mumbled to another girl that it was the busiest time for me to do this. That is absolutely not my fault, if they just fixed it to begin with i would’ve been done.
Then the sweetest girl, Tab, apologized for the inconvenience and for us waiting so long and offered to remake my drink. She remade it and apologized for the wait again. We didn’t get all three remade, 2 of them were complete trash, but mine was good at least lol. Thank you Tab! But because of Jake and Sarah, I probably will not return. They had the biggest attitude rolling their eyes, and all I wanted was a nice coffee before work. Terrible customer service. Read moreI only go to this Starbucks if absolutely necessary as I've had previous bad experiences. 1st, the parking/drive-thru situation is horrible, but I won't mark them off for that since they can't control it, but it makes for an extra long coffe run. 2nd both my mom and I have waited for our mobile orders only to find out the kids from a nearby school would often come in and take them, fine whatever, Starbucks was always willing to remake. 3rd, mobile orders are NEVER ready, I usually order 15 min in advance and still have to wait another 10 or 15 min. 4th it's really a 50/50 chance if they'll even be open at all, let alone their drive-thru or mobile ordering. 5th today (4/11/23) they apparently had an emergency and shut down the mobile orders even for those who already mobile ordered they weren't passing out drinks... but the drive thru was still open? So I guess I could've went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order but I didn't have time and that's not the point of mobile ordering. 6th this happens more often than not to infer that the staff just can't keep up which I understand, but feel like there needs to be a better system in place. I've been to plenty of different Starbucks, also near schools and they seem to handle the pressure much better and with better service delivery. I've also seen other Starbucks location that can't and I don't get upset if I have a and issue one of these locations because knew before going. Read moreI will be contacting the district manager for this one!! AUDI is the worst cashier/barista in the EXISTENCE of Starbucks History. She displays absolutely no respect whatsoever for Starbucks clientele. Not only is she moody, but she is also disrespectful and meager.
She is 100% rude and I will make sure I get my point across.
So, when my mother went up to request her refill Ms. Audi acted as if she did not hear my mother. So Ms. Audi had my mom repeat her order twice. My mom complied and repeated her order louder for Ms. Audi to hear. My mom returns to me and tells me this situation. She told me to accompany her when she went up again to purchase a mug. So, I went with her. Once it was our turn to pay, Ms. Audi didn't even say hi to us. She simply scanned the mug, and placed the mug harshly onto the counter. She did not put the mug inside the holiday carton bag. Wait for it.. so once our transaction was complete, she grabbed the carton bag and threw it in front of us so that WE could put the mug inside the bag. NEXT, she had the audacity to move onto the next guest behind us without even apologizing for having thrown the bag to us. What is the most beautiful is that Ms. Audi was all smiles to the customers behind us. (Hmm.......).
