We received a message our order was out for delivery at 7pm. We never received any notification that it was ever delivered. Then well after 8pm a neighbor from across the street showed up with our pizza. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong home. So not only was our pizza freezing cold by the time we got it, but got delivered to the wrong house. Sitting outside for who knows how long. The neighbor wasn't even sure if we were the ones who ordered it as there was no slip or information. Thankfully he brought it over and guessed correctly to which neighbor it was. Horrible service.
Update: I emailed the person who responded to my review. I provided her the receipt number, date, time, location, etc. Her response was for me to give her more personal information, like my home address and credit card info, and it was from a 3rd party not anyone from Pizza Hut or that location. I told them the reason I ordered contactless is to have the least amount of contact with other people during this virus... the manager then told me she can apply a credit to my account I told her I would rather have a new order due to it being delivered to a neighbors house and the neighbor bringing it over to me.. the manage said she is unable to do that do to the fact how busy they were and that I did still receive my order ... Read moreI use this location often. I tried to order on the app as usual and the it wasn’t working. It charged me and refunded me twice. I called the store and they wouldn’t honor the online prices. The manager offered zero help to mitigate the inconvenience to myself of having to call and pay more for the exact same order. He stated “I have no way to give you that price.” In the same breath he stated “if I did that everyone above us would come down on us”. So which is it? Is it impossible or you simply refused to give me the rate I’d get online because it would be a problem with his manager. As a customer I find it incredibly disrespectful to lie about what you can offer me.
