(ATTENTION!) Be careful when " Eric" is taking your order ! I have been to this subway many times and I have enjoyed it partially but just the other day on February 8th of 2018 this guy Eric had really irritated me . Something fast foods dont tend to do . I have worked in fast food before and I have patience towards others when they are serving me but Eric really got my blood boiling because he couldn't do his job correctly . I know subway restaurants are suppose to give there customers a good experience with good service . Eric did not follow of those procedures . Walking in he did not even acknowledge my existence . He kept sweeping . Then once I told him the type of sandwich I wanted he immediately said " you have to take these to go " which brought speculation and concern to me because I was at a 24 hour subway . Why would I have to leave i asked ? Then he gave me a lame excuse saying "homeless" so I agreed to leave . Seconds later he insist me to leave again ! After telling him I was going to leave already. Which really bugged me . So when it came to payment I handed him a coupon and this is where everything went totally wrong . This guy Eric tried to hassle me !! Tried stealing money from me . I noticed he hadn't inputed my coupon so I told him to put it on and he tried denying my coupon and proceeded to say . "No, you're getting a better deal the way I'm doing it ." I told him "no I don't think so . Put my coupon in " then he said "okay ." So i paid him and looked at the receipt and it had shown that he hadn't put any coupon In. I still have that same receipt to show proof . So I went up to him and tried to calling him but completely ignored me and walked off. So I waited there and he came back to tell me " no you're getting a better deal the way I did it " and then I told him " I told you to put the coupon in . I was at subway yesterday And used the same coupon and came out to $7 not $10." So then he came back and gave me $3 and nothing else . No sorry, no apology , no nothing . So please watchout for this guy i don't want this guy to steal or treat you the way he did me . Thank you...
   Read moreI came in at 8:30pm on 5/21/2022. I had 2 turkey sandwiches made, on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. The the turkey seemed odd to me as she was making my sandwich, it wasnât your normal white color thin cut turkey they normally have. It was very thick dark colored, looked unappealing. The Italian bread was completely burnt. I also ordered two white chocolate raspberry cookies, that were hard & tasted unpleasant. Once I got the sandwiches home, the bread was as hard as a rock, the turkey itself had an odd flavor, almost had a smoked ham flavor⌠it was not good what so ever. We ended up throwing both sandwiches away & eating cereal instead.
So I called the store this morning & talked to the manager, she told me sorry but there was nothing she could do!!? That next time I come in, which I wonât be, herself or another employee could make my sandwiches⌠it wasnât the employees fault, it was the food itself! I asked if I could get a refund, & she told me âunfortunately no because you donât have the sandwiches or the receiptâ which the receipt was not given to me when I left. But Iâm sure their cameras & computer system could speak for my âreceiptâ that was not given to me at 8:30pm at night. Poor customer service, & from a manager too! I donât blame the girl who made my sandwiches what so ever, it was Subways...
   Read moreDon't get me wrong, I like subway, but this location needs work. Ordered curbside pickup and followed all the instructions on the app cluding checking in, but sat and waited. Tried calling the store several times, but no one ever picked up. And I was patient. I didn't keep redialing. I waited in between each dial in case they were busy. As I saw people come and go, not a lot, I finally mustard the strength to go in myself. I'm handicapped by the way and have trouble walking. Which is why I ordered curbside. When I went in and told them I ordered a curbside order, the girl just pointed to the pickup rack. I grab my food and made my way back to my car. It was there I realized they never gave me any chips that I ordered. So once again I cautiously made my way back inside where I grabbed my own chips. I actually only grabbed what I ordered, but I think the guy that was working I could tell how annoyed I was because I could have cleared out the whole rack of chips and that guy wouldn't even look at me. So once again, I make my way out to my car. Get home to find out they also forgot the cookies I ordered and didn't follow the ordering instructions for the two footlongs I ordered. Maybe they were just having a bad day. But I don't understand why they had to make...
