T-swirl Crepe - Riverside — Restaurant in Riverside

I first went to this place when they first opened. I got the matcha Waikiki bean which was delicious. I raved about this place to my friends as I didn’t have to drive to frostbites for crepes anymore. However, I went back Saturday and I got the strawberry Nutella with added banana and vanilla gelato only to not get Nutella or the gelato. The crepe was not fully cooked either as there was clumps of batter when biting on to it. Trying to talk to the staff was almost impossible as they all huddle over making the crepes, and the customers order on their own. Came here with my husband to try since I like matcha and crepes. We Walked in and were never welcomed nor greeted. The girls looked like they don't want to interact with humans. They have a machine to place your order so literally you don't interact at all with the staff. After they finish making your order they just place it on the side where the orders are and you gotta figure out which one is yours. Got the matcha strawberry and it had no strawberry. The matcha was good but no strawberry taste even though when I asked if it was a strawberry matcha she said yes.. got a teriyaki crepe. It was just ok. I’m leaving a 5 star because the over all experience was great the ice cream was creamy and the crepe was very plentiful and delicious. I am a little bummed because when I ordered my ice cream which was the blueberry New York cheesecake I was not told that they were out of vanilla ice cream and I only found out because my aunt next to me ordered the same thing and was told oh I’m sorry we are out of vanilla but you can order a different flavor, which was a huge game changer for us but we got the strawberry which was good but changed the flavor of the ice cream and we just moved on.
