Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Riverside

It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had!!Yesterday I went 9/30/18 at 6:52pm I ordered 2 corndog and 2 chili chesse dogs..... i was waiting for 30mins for my order and they never gave it to me. it was me and another guy in the dive in room waiting for our orders i saw this girl taking out 2corndogs with 2chili chesse dogs and right away went to give it to the guy and the guy said “I didn’t order that” so instead of her looking who’s it was she just took it back. I was REALLY upset I just told them just give me my money back because its really ridiculous that for 2corn dog and 2chili cheese dogs I’m wanting for 30mins and you guys still haven’t gave it to me so if I don’t say anything they still wouldn’t of have gave me my order....and the girl was telling me it’s because we’re really busy and we have new people... like no it wasn’t even busy wen I came in it was just 2 people’s myself and the other guy and I still had came in 10before that one guy and he got his order first than me!! And when she gave me my money she was supposed to give me back $11.91 but no instead she gave me $10.75 like really I gave you the recipe so you could of gave me back my money complete she didn’t apologize or anything.... I will forsure Never...

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Went thru the drive thru just a few minutes ago and ordered 10 corn dogs, never mentioned anything else. The guy then asks "The 10 for 10?", never mentions chili dogs, I say "yeah, in fact make it 20". I ended up with 20 chili dogs, I then proceeded to try and fix the situation by correcting them, they then argued with me saying they asked if I wanted 10 chili dogs for 10, which was not the case at all. So they heard me ask for corn dogs and then asked me about a deal involving chili dogs that I was obviously unaware of. The saying "The customer is always right" does not apply to them apparently. I think you guys are a private owned business that has brought into this franchise but using your own ingredients. The food is HORRIBLE ! The hot dogs are never done . The fries are barely cooked . And the chili be cold and old you can tell they just reheat whatever is in the pot . And instead of just their corn dogs being chicken meat it seems they take the corn dogs out when they run low and use those . This place either should be shut down or another company buy into this and make them use the original recipes. Because they are making Wienerschnitzel look bad . The other ones takes...
