The only way I can really see these guys staying in business is to keep their prices high ($3 up-charge on online orders ???) and hope for new customers. They really need to up their game if they want to get repeat or referral customers.

The Good: The chicken and shrimp were ok, not bad but not great either. I am putting this on the good side overall. The place looked very tidy and clean. Pricing is set up so when you pay, the total amount is a nice even amount of money. Great for people paying cash. Just hand over a $10 and you don't have to think about getting change. The dish was filling enough so that was nice.

The Odd: Randomly there is a small pop-corn popper but sadly enough there was no pop-corn in it. It would have been nice to have something at least tasty to leave with. If you are going to put a pop-corn popper in your establishment at least have the decency to have some available! Maybe by some miracle they have long lines for dinner and they appease the wait times with a snack. Seems like that would only disappoint their clientele once they get into their entree.

The Bad: First thing was the giant "Order Here" sign that blocked the menu. The space up front is tiny and you can clearly see the register and the person operating the register. Get rid of the stupid redundant sign!

Next that stood out to me was online pricing was listed at $3 more. WHY? Maybe there is some kind of business decision about it but I can't fathom why. Delivery charge maybe? But why post it in the restaurant? Just disclose the different pricing online and give a reason.

The food was okay but when you see something that says "fresh vegetables" you expect something more than steamed cabbage. Now I happen to like cabbage so no big deal but if I hadn't had one slice of carrot included, I would have cried foul for false advertising. Steamed rice was exactly as expected, just plain white rice. I should have at least tried the fried rice to see if they know how to do that well.

At any rate, I have been to worse restaurants but not many.

3.2 Stars on Grubhub means you need to really work on things.

I left this place is tears, and not the happy kind. I was excited to try ICHI's for the first time as a reward for getting through a challenging day of teaching. I ordered my food, clicked on the 15% tip, and clicked on No Receipt. Around 10ish minutes later a number was called and a couple got their food. I jumped up and said I am sorry but I can't remember my number. Then the man who took my order said, "I don't even remember her at all." The guy working behind the counter said that the orders go one by one and that I didn't order. The thing is, I saw him put my tray up on the counter! I tried to explain, but they didn't want to listen, and by then I was crying. I was told I could order again or go. I felt embarrassed, accused, and so hangry. It was a rotten addition to an already stressful day. However, to leave on a positive note, I went to Chick-fil-A and their customer service was fantastic. Like always. I might have become a frequent visitor to this place, but now I am NEVER going back. Enjoy the...

Do not eat here, I guarantee you will regret it if you do. I can't stress this enough, you will easily find better food at a much better price nearby.

The food here is some of the worst food I've ever eaten. I ate the Chicken and Beef plate, and it was so bland I couldn't tell the difference. The fat was left on and cut in small pieces, so it was also visually unappetizing. The meat has a strange glossy oil coating, it's like they cooked the meat and used the grease as seasoning. I asked for another cup of teriyaki sauce to try and salvage the meal, and the worker was incredibly annoyed and hostile about it. He glared at me, gave me a cup without saying a word, than mocked me behind my back when he thought I wasn't watching. All I asked for was a cup and he acted like I was exploding with rage against him, no idea what his deal was since that response wasn't warranted at all. Terrible oily, greasy food, overpriced, rude customer service, avoid this place...

Wanted to check this new place out. It was not what I was looking for after walking in only because we were hoping for sushi and tempura type dishes. The business model seems to be pick a protein(beef, chicken, seafood, etc) then pick white rice or noodles(extra fee) and it is sautéed together with some cabbage, onion, and carrots. At $8-$10 a dish, you get a big portion, enough for two meals. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with noodle upgrade and husband ordered shrimp/chicken combo with noodle upgrade. Plenty of meat and noodles. Total with no drinks $21. The food was definitely fresh, hot, but not strongly flavored. They do not flood your meat with teriyaki sauce which I actually liked. Tasted more fresh than Panda for about the same price. After ordering it took about 10 minutes to get our food and their were about 10 other folks eating/waiting for their food at that time and no line. I would return if I needed a quick, fresh meal option.

First time at this little place, and we were fairly disappointed. We ordered both the chicken and beef teriyaki. When asked for extra sauce I said yes as it looked really good! Well I am sorry to say this tasted like nothing. I mean, I didn't expect panda express drenched in sauce, but the teriyaki sauce was tasteless. It's advertised as being served with Vegtables and the only ones I found was cabbage and a few canned carrot slices. We ended up putting our own store bought teriyaki sauce on it but still ended up barely eating half before throwing it away. It was greasy, without taste and incredibly heavy. Sadly I couldn't recommend this food to anyone. Maybe it was just an off night, but we won't be back.
