This is a one-stop shop for all your missionary needs. We were able to purchase suits, pants, shirts, ties, belts, bags...everything. The employees are great to work with and take the time to make sure all your needs are met. Where I really think Odion shines is that they stand by their products. Odion warranties their goods from defects through a full mission. Our son had some of his pant hems come undone while he had been out a few months on his mission. It was an issue with some of the tailoring services. I brought this to Odion's attention and soon after, was able to get all the pants with the issue replaced. In addition, I was able to talk to the owner and see how much he cares for not just his company but genuinely cares about taking care of missionaries. I had a fantastic experience here, Scott had exceptional service and class, and won me over as a customer. I needed a suit for a funeral and only had 2 days in order to have alterations done, which I knew was a tall order. Scott personally guaranteed he could make it happen, and coordinated making sure the size I needed was pulled from their warehouse that evening, and personally dropped them off and picked them up from their tailor, having them ready for me even a few hours earlier than he originally estimated. Before buying the suit, Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was not pushy at all.
