Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Riverton

I love Jimmy John’s, but avoid this one if you can. They were not freaky fast. And they got my order wrong twice. How can there be 7 people behind the counter making food and only 4 patrons, but my single sandwich order take more than 10 mins to make both times? And neither time they were able to produce a correct product. When the manager heard from the employee that they (the employee) got the order wrong, he rolled his eyes and scoffed. Additionally, if you ask for a name for the order, but then the worker calls out the sandwich type instead and someone else waiting grabs your sandwich, don’t you think there is a kink in the system? Personally, I think the management is in need of some classes on how to manage workers. I led soldiers during war in much higher stress environments and we didn’t have this level of incompetence. Of course, it could have just been a bad training day and I need more humility? I think the one thing that really stood out in this whole matter, though, that I would say really matters for patrons is the fact that this location is not freaky fast. Most of the time, by the time my order is paid for, the sandwich is ready at the other end of the counter. That is freaky fast, not 10 mins for a botched sandwich. Please consider going next door to Five Guys and getting you lunch order there. At least we know it takes more time to cook a hamburger on purpose and that wait...

They need to drop the freaky fast slogan. At least for this location. It has been going downhill for years and I think this last experience may have been the end of the line for me. The only positive this time around was they at least delivered to the right house. The last time we opted for delivery they dropped our order at the wrong house and I ended up driving in anyway for a replacement order. (One of our neighbors dropped the originals to us the next day when they found the bag on their porch)

Issues this time- -actual delivery took just over an hour. -we called half an hour after the "out for delivery" notification and were told the driver had left but it would be up to 30 more minutes -the bread was soggy since they were sitting for so long -nothing cut in half as requested -only half of the sandwiches were marked as to what they were

I don't know what the root issues are but something...

What a joke. Buyer beware.

Had I read these reviews before I ordered tonight, I would have not ordered from here. On top of the fact that the only response to bad reviews is the same thing... Give us feedback at this link. Obviously, they don't take complaints seriously since the same issues persist. They probably don't even care because their restaurant carries a mainstream name. No matter how terrible the service, they still make an obscene amount of money.
