Honestly, I really wanted to just email my experience instead of leaving this horrible review, but I couldn’t find that option. I visited this location last night with three of my closest friends. Before we got out of the car we joked “the service at B Dubs isn’t the greatest but the food is always consistent”. We were in for real show. Upon entry, it took ten minutes to even be greeted by a host. There was a girl working to-go that literally stood there doing nothing who said it wasn’t her job to seat people. When we finally were greeted, the waitress lead us to a table which had yet to be bussed. My friend had to lug her baby around while we waited for her to clear the plates and wipe it. Even then, she sat the plates on the table next to us and never came back to get it. Dirty tables surrounded us basically our whole meal even though they didn’t seem that busy. Then we sat for several more minutes. When she came back, she admitted she didn’t come right back because she was keying in her tips??? She grabbed our drink order and we got some beers and a round of waters. She was sweet, but quite awkward as a server... Drinks came out cold, except for the waters. They didn’t make it out until after we reminded her, and were given the excuse she sat them down at the drink station and forgot to bring them over? We ordered apps, they came out find. Then she came to take our dinner order. My friend was particularly upset that the new store policy is to not mix sauces. No biggie though. She brought the manager over to explain. The manager seemed really young and oblivious to the dirty tables scattered around the dining room. At this point, it’s comical. We finally get the dinner order done, and we’re drinking and finishing the apps when the waitress comes by and cheerfully asks “are you ready to order?”. We all looked at each other obviously confused, and said in unison “we already ordered with you?”. One of my friends asked her before she left “you did put the order in though right” and the waitress replies - “oh yeah, of course”. Five minutes later she came back to ask me a question on my part of the order, meaning she definitely didn’t send it to the kitchen yet... larger tables who sat and ordered after us were getting their food, so we knew she had lied. My friends child was starting to get fussy as we had been there for over an hour and still had no entrees. When the wings came out, mine were not extra crispy as I had asked, my friends were not extra wet as they had asked, and we only got ranch, no blue cheese as requested. She forgot the celery, too. She was hesitant to take our dirty plates. She was quick to hand out checks and stayed with the table while we filled them out. It was an awkward and laughable experience at that, and that is why I’m leaving two stars and not one... at least it made for great...
Read moreOur recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was beyond disappointing. My wife received her food 10 minutes before the rest of us, after we had already waited 30 minutes. She eventually had to get up and go to the host stand to request a manager. When the manager finally came out, there was no apology—just, “I’ll do something to your check.” Let me be clear: I don’t need anything done to my check. I just want good service and great food, neither of which we got during this visit.
The server explained that my wife’s food came out early because they don’t want food sitting in the window and “dying.” That is, without a doubt, the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Food should come out together, period. This could have been avoided if the kitchen staff had better timing and if a manager had been actively engaged in the expo window to ensure consistency.
Throughout the entire visit, there was no sign of a manager on the floor. This lack of leadership showed in every aspect of the restaurant. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were filthy (it looked like they hadn’t been touched all day), and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. From what I saw, the restaurant is clearly understaffed, with a bigger focus on labor costs than on providing quality service.
Here’s a word of advice: Hire the right people, give them your expectations, train them to meet those expectations, and hold them accountable. It all starts there. On top of that, there’s a reason sales are the first line on the P&L—they should be your focus. Ask yourself, “How can I increase those sales?” You increase sales by focusing on providing exceptional service, creating a great dining experience, and prioritizing guest satisfaction.
You cannot run a restaurant with the P&L in your pocket, cutting costs at every turn. Eventually, it will all catch up to you. Being the only restaurant on 301 without a wait should already be a clear sign that something is seriously wrong.
The culture in this restaurant needs to be fixed before anything else. Without a strong foundation of leadership, accountability, and genuine hospitality, no amount of cost-cutting or excuses will make up for the guest experience. This visit was disappointing from start to finish, and I hope changes are made soon.
By the way see attached picture that’s how my kids drinks were brought to the table. A regular adult cup with a plastic lid, if you run out of kid cups just use to go cups. Don’t deliver something like this. I should’ve known from the cups how my experience was...
Read moret’s 10:20 PM on Wednesday Oct 30th. I’m waiting in the lobby for my order there was a guy behind the counter caucasian ,short guy, brown hair with glasses tells me it will be 10 minutes for my order okay not a problem..so 20 minutes rolls by any comes out and gives other people their orders and I simply asked him did he know how much longer for my order. He stated with a rude tone telling me, he doesn’t know and I simply said well you told me 20 minutes ago that it would be 10 minutes. I just wanna know how much longer he proceeds to tell me in a very rude manner that he is only one person and he has like 20 orders and I don’t know, I don’t know as he’s throwing his hands all in the air with so much attitude, as if I asked him something wrong, he was very rude very unprofessional and made a huge scene for no reason. I will never come back to the store again. He needs to be more professional and practice customer etiquette because he clearly lacks that…then he proceeds to tell me that I can just leave, I can just leave and that he’s not giving me my order, and that I was being rude by simply asking him how much longer. He made a huge scene and a huge deal out of something that was unnecessary. He was very unprofessional and lacked understanding. He was outraged for no reason and his tone was very nasty. I just left the store without my order because I didn’t even wanna deal with his rudeness anymore. I was embarrassed by his action's and his attitude was uncalled for..when he stormed to the back other people in the lobby were commenting on his behavior as well. They also didn’t understand why he made a big deal about me asking him how much longer..and thought he was being rude and obnoxious for no reason. I don’t know what his deal was. Maybe he felt under pressure or something but that is not how you address a customer simply asking “did you know how much longer” after the time he originally told me was exceeded. I had been coming here for years doing business with this location and never had any issues...
