Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I dont even know what to say! I've been coming here for pizza about 2 years now. None of my experiences have been great. I've had good and not so good. Today though takes the cake. I called ahead like I usually do because I order a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Person on the phone said it will be 10 to 15 minutes. Whoever was on the phone didn't ask my name. So I said oh and my name is David. Ok David, see you soon he replied. This is where it gets fun! I enter the store about 15 minutes after my call, I wait in line and when it's my turn at the counter I said I'm here for a pickup for David. They had no such order. No biggie right? I'll just wait 10 to 15 mins more for my order to finally be made. While waiting, 3 customers were told they didn't have their order so now they are waiting too. One lady picked up 6 pizzas and walked out without paying. The cashier realized after she left that the payment was never made. One employee asked the guy at the counter "do you want me to get her?" The other employee replied no, it's all good. Still waiting, phone calls are coming in. One customer asked for a manager, the person who answered said hey take this call cause I'm about to go off on this fool. And 15 minutes have gone by on my 2nd attempt to get my pizza. I walked up and they said, can I help you? Yeah you can, I've ordered a pizza twice and I still haven't gotten it. Manager comes over and says he'll make it fresh right now. At this point, I asked for a refund. They did the refund and said they would give me the pizza for free. Ok so I'm watching my pizza finally being made when to my surprise the guy who I told my order to the 2nd time started grabbing something from his pocket and throwing it into my pizza. At that point I left. I'll never...

Came in at 9:30pm to get a cheese pizza for my 4 kids , MADE sure of the closing time before coming which was 10pm SAYS it on the door as well as ONLINE. I asked the BLACK short older man could I have a cheese pizza and peperoni crazy puffs,, he said "Ughh ,, does it have to be fresh? I'm trying to get these kids out of here" referring to the guys in the back working ,,I said "UM?..." BECAUSE he caught me off guard ,,before I could even say YES I'm paying for it,,he said ,dont worry about it I'll just make it,,, I was trying to get these guys out of here because we about to close " i said ,,,"Yall close at 10pm I'm confused" he said "THE SIGN outside is wrong! But dont worry about it I'll just make it while he rolled his eyes !" He hurried to the back slammed a pan and grabbed a bag of pepperonis and started putting it in the pan WITH NO GLOVES ON,,, i could see him from where i was standing, I said "Sir no worries ,its all good , don't worry about it,, he said oh no mama I got it , I'll do it. " I said,,Naw I'm good, your energy was very nasty for no reason. Regardless If yall are about to close or not IF I ENTER THE BUILDING especiallllllllyyyyy 30 minutes BEFORE CLOSING i should get treated with respect...I don't know if he felt like he could speak to me like that because I'm a black woman but I'm sure if my husband would've walked in instead he wouldn't have said that to him.... or if i were a WHITE WOMAN he wouldn't even fathomed to say that to me! Very disrespectful! Hopefully he's not the owner. I could've went even harder in person but I'm learning self control sense they love to label us black women ANGRY all the time,, EVEN WHILE BEING TREATED this...

Food is fine, but the service today was TRASH. I almost lost my composure and cursed this…lady out. I walked in and went to the machine to get my order, it said unrecognizable. So I tried to get her attention. A short Spanish girl. In case you see this it was on December 28 at 4 you was wearing a white shirt black jeans. Excuse me. Excuse me. Said it about 8 times. Even the guy next to me who was waiting on his door dash tried to get her attention. Completely ignoring me. The phone is going off and she’s saying we should unplug the phone. Still I stand there for 5 minutes being ignored. Then the gentleman in the back comes to the front. I said excuse me I’m here to pick up my order that has been ready for 10 minutes already. I gave the number as well as the name he says I’m going to check. Being that this is open space (the store) him checking is basically him going back to work. Ignored again. Finally the door dash order was ready and she comes over. I say again excuse me I’m trying to get my order that is ready. What’s the number she says I say the number we don’t have that. What’s the name I say it. Oh it’s right here. Well I tried the code and your machine wasn’t taking it. She puts the food on the counter with attitude. Mind you I never lost my cool. But I wanted to say F off. Anyhow you don’t like your job quit. It’s a customer service job you deal with people be more people friendly. As for the store owner it’s not cool having only two people hold down that store. If someone called out you need to step up and help your business. Worst experience ever. At least customer service wise. Step your game up...
