Ok, so what could possibly be more appealing than a burger cooked in butter?? Butter Burger---just the name may inspire a gastro crush. I was expecting big juicy patties...like the pictures show, but this is misleading. The burger patties are rather small in comparrison to other burger joints and I honestly did not taste even a hint of butter on the patty, just the bun. Also I thought they were overcooked, but I am a lover of medium to medium rare burgers of some more heft. So if ya want more meat ya can order multiple patties, i.e. a triple burger. I personally found their corn dogs the best off the hot menu, and speaking of the menu, Culver's offers quite a choice of food---fish, chicken, soups, and salads, etc. Oh yes, a must try are the deep fried cheese curds. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu. But if it's a sweet tooth you have , Culver's has hands down the best selection of frozen yogurt /icecream you can imagine they have great creations and you also have the opportunity to create your own delicious masterpiece---the choice of go withs is impressive---it ain't just sprinkles let's say. And the frozen yogurt is made in house!!! You can buy pints to go!! And the customer service is great---whoever is training these kids is doing a great job and is helping build a better workforce, especially if these kids go into the service industry. A nice new choice for the folks that live...
Read moreI decided to treat my coworkers lunch on Friday. One of which was her last day. Drove the nearly 30 min. Placed a substantial order and while waiting decided to make sure I checked it before heading back to the office. Well I had to wait quite a bit; totally expected for sure I mean I ordered a large and yet complicated order at best. Received the bags and convinced myself its fine, Ive been gone awhile and figured the natives were getting restless Lol. Returned with everyone's orders but my own and a couple of small items. I called them explained what happened. The lady on the phone assured me there was my remaining order on the counter and they would remake it. I drove the now 30+ minutes back (lunch hr traffic). I gave my receipt to a young man and seemed everyone knew what had happened and was quickly preparing my personal lunch and the new order I made for my coworker that arrived after the lunch debacle. They were so kind and apologetic. I assured them that they had actually done me a favor. 1. I got out of the office twice after a long stressful week and 2. I was able to get my coworker lunch or he would have missed out. Nobody's perfect but how they handled it was great! Will always continue to go to Culver's. They're the Best! Sincerely, Betty ; determined to get my amazing frozen Custard and...
Read moreThis new location is horrible, drive thru wise. The food has always been good, but their drive thru is just plain HORRIBLE. The last 3 times I have gone (surprised I've given them 3 chances, but hey, I've got pregnant cravings right now) have been awful. I understand everything is made fresh to order so it's not super fast to begin with.. but I waited in the Drive thru spot for my food after ordering and paying for 30 minutes!! This happened the last 3 times I had gone. There was only 1 car ahead of me when I pulled into my drive thru spot for my order. Then they got busy in Drive thru and multiple cars were around and behind my car waiting for their orders. They kept taking orders, but assigned everyone's order the SAME order number, so they had no way to track which car had what order. It took them 30 minutes to sort it out apparently and it was BS that numerous cars behind me were leaving with their orders before my super basic order. By the time I got my order, the food was warm and the ice in my drinks had mostly melted and drinks were watered down. Bottom line, if you want Culver's and you're going to this location, try going inside..hopefully you'll have a better experience than I've had the last 3...
