McDonald's — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

This store need cooperate called immediately!Customer service is terrible!!!! I went to this location to order 2 $5 meals and use my 7000 points to get my daughter a happy meal.We tried to order off the first Kias wasn’t working ,tried the second one wasn’t working, tried the third one finally able to order but we had to do a partial payment because we were using a gift card.We Went to the front we’re someone was infront of us and they were also having trouble paying due to the card machine not working the man running the front counter is constantly hitting the computer for the register to work, cursing up a storm, and throwing a fit because “the register now decide to stop working” passing back and forth cursing doing nothing to solve the problem he than calls the manager a heavy set man on a cane who was HIGHLYYY rude and disrespectful doesn’t know how to talk to his customer or handle a situation without getting slick we’re steady trying to tell him what had happen at the kia’s were we originally was trying to place are order at he doesn’t want to listen constantly cutting us off when we’re trying to explain.Than he’s talking with his head down not making no eye contact so we assume he’s talking to us because we’re at the front of the register ,whole time he’s talking to man who’s “waiting for his food” and than wants to get slick with us because we’re answering the questions thinking he’s talking to us.The manager Told us he is giving us the food for free “TAKE IT AS A BLESSING” after being highly unprofessional and disrespectful the order wasn’t right the food was cold.The store is not being run right what so ever.Theres many different ways they could have handled this.Never going to this store again and hopefully cooperate pays...

Employees are not competent. I placed my order from the app, and because I'm not local, I showed the cashier the app and asked if the address the app suggested was correct. The cashier told me it was. I placed my order, but the app then said I was in the wrong location! Needless to say I was very annoyed. The manager then came over and said "that's not the right address, you'll have to pick up your order at the other location." (It was a 21 minute drive, and I walked from our hotel with 2 kids under age 5 because we didn't have a car on vacation.) I ended up just having the manager ring me up at the register. He gave me our cups and the food came out very quickly. When I tried to get sweet tea, there was none on the counter, which I just assumed was because it was after 8pm. Nope. The same female cashier (that told me the wrong address) came back to the counter to see what I needed, and told me that "sweet tea cost more". Very infuriating that the manager didn't even ask me, or I would have said that's what we wanted. The cashier just stood there and looked at me repeating that it cost more. I told her that's fine, I'll pay the difference, but he didn't ask me what we wanted. They didn't end up making me pay the difference, but I don't think it was out of kindness. More likely that they didnt know how to charge me the difference.

When we left the hotel this morning, I was asked if we wanted to stop here quickly for breakfast before we headed out. To which I replied "definitely not" and told them these events. Our whole party ate somewhere else. Thankfully the other mcdonalds...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! Subtract the 1 star, this place has rude , mouthy employees, disrespectful, under trained, under educated, nasty people. Wife and I on a day trip, stopped for a bite to eat, ordered 3 hamburgers and a chocolate milk shake. We paid , pulled to next window, was handed a medium chocolate shake, immediately we seen the shake was more like chocolate milk, runny mess. We asked for a fresh shake and then 4 different voices yell to us " that's the way they are nothing we can do" we asked for another one anyway. We were told to pull up and wait for our fresh shake while other individuals could get their order, so we did. We waited about 2 minutes then 3 McDonald's employees started yelling pull up move up, pull up. We did not move, these people were actually yelling out the side door and from the sitting area inside. Finally another employee of McDonald's handed the shake to the first, then the second McDonald's employee that were washing windows and picking up emptying trash and rudely over to me. ( How unsanitary is that???) I looked at that shake it had ice chips like, and worse than the first one. I had to go inside to get a refund for our purchase. The manager states that's the way the shakes are. Disgraceful this place is not friendly, not a clean place, employees are disrespectful, nasty, lazy, untrained, ...
