Arby's — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

Edit: Gave second chance. I pull up to the drive through hoping they were just having an off day and in fact was greeted rudely by some dude who only said.. "Arby's". Didnt ask for order. Zero customer service. I said nevermind and pulled off. Officially done with this place.

Pull up to drive through w your rep thats only says "Arbys". No " Can I take your order?". No "What can we get for you today?". Just states the name of the establishment I pulled into. Like yes, I am aware I am at Arbys. I then order one sandwich, no meal, just Cordon Blue. Instead of saying ok, pull around, HE SAYS NOTHING!!! I then have to ask if he's good and if I can pull around. Get to window. Opens it and again, says nothing, I say hello, NOTHING..... then I am waiting for the food and texted my gf letting her know that 8nwish I would've chosen another lunch spot. I look up and the dude us just standing there. Hand out. Food in hand. Still saying nothing, no "hey. Here's your order,. Or there ya go". Just silence. Actually startled me a little bit because it was soooooooo weird. Like the lack of customer service in this day and age is sad. There is no pride in the work. These lil kids...

Just bought 30$ worth of food and the lady taking the order already had a additude from the start asked to make 2 separate orders and she said they didn’t do separate orders in the drivethrew . I ordered a bbq bacon burger and she asked what didn’t we want on it and I said we wanted everything that comes on it just to get all the way home to discover I payed almost 10$ for a bbq bacon burger that has no bacon no fried onions …nothing but bbq sauce and pickles …if they were out of something why not tell me they were out of it ? …and soon as we pulled up to the window she asked us to pull up so we waited 10-15 mins and a woman brings the food out with no drink then got a attitude and was rude when we asked about the drink ! And I tried to call and the phone number listed is turned off …very crappy service …it’s sad that you got a good place with potentially good food but you got staff who are lazy and don’t want to...

I went to Roanoke Rapids NC location last night around 6:50 pm and my Mac and cheese was cold. They charged me $2.49 each for a cup of water on both of my orders. I had two orders. I can only imagine how much bottled water was if you charge $2.49 for a small cup of water. They didn’t have ketchup or ranch dressing. The manager was looking around saying dang we ain’t got nothing I don’t know why and saying to another employee “we ain’t got no ketchup”. My fries was also not hot as normal. They was not sitting up in the bag and I had to pick up all the fries out the bag. I was surprised at this but I’d never been after 5 before and if I happen to ever go back it won’t be at night that crew seems different from early in the day crew. Because the day crew has always made sure the food is hot when they give it to you! It’s always sitting up in the bag and Mac and cheese is always...
