I went there after a long day at work and paid for a 3 piece snack. Asked for 3 wings. I went through drive thru. I went all the way home and opened my box. One of the wings was an extra small. I went back as I feel I pay too much money to not get what it’s worth. I went back through the drive thru and explained to the cashier. She got the manager for me. I’m not sure if she was a manager or supervisor. She proceeded to tell me she can’t help what size the chicken is and didn’t want to replace it or refund without a receipt and I just went through the drive thru 5 min earlier. I found my receipt and she refunded my money eventually. I told her I would be calling someone above her and she said go ahead. I won’t be going back there as she was very rude and the customer service was bad. I worked in fast food and I wouldn’t have told a customer we can’t help how the chicken look with an attitude. There are too many food restaurants to in my area to spend money where I don’t feel...
Read moreThe best part is: our NC Hardee's started selling fried chicken n' fixin's way back ago...so far, because of that, we still have real chicken on the menu.
Worst part: Customer Service PERSONNEL at the Drive Thru (Not ALL but I can NAME at least TWO) leave a LOT to be desired!
They swear...yep, including the F-Bomb IN EARSHOT of consumers. They get surly ((read RUDE)) with older customers who have difficulty hearing...or other things like idiosyncrasies they don't like.
I literally HATE going for ANYTHING. But, the hotdogs and the chicken keeps me a once-in-a-blue-moon consumer.
If you are starving and wish to likely be mis-treated, (or be mis-represented to their managers if you SAY anything about said treatment) then you head to Hardee's. I go if I haven't planned to cook on a work night...which with three jobs happens on...
Read moreI couldn't be more pleased. Im on a trip with my wife from PA to Savannah GA... and we decided to stop at a super 8 in Garysburg NC. Upon arriving at 9:15pm, on Easter Sunday, we were definitely hungry. So we went to the burger king right next door. To our dismay we found a sign saying no one wanted to work, sorry. So we googled food near me, and hardee's came up. This was great because we don't have a hardee's near us! I prayed for luck and called to see if they were actually open because of Easter. Low and behold they were for another 20 minutes. We hurried over, took us about 7 minutes, and we're told they had items 1-5 available. Which was all I needed to hear. Two hot combo meals later and a short conversation with the gentleman behind the counter and my wife and I were very happy campers. Would definitely visit here...
