Taco Bell — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

Walked in and was immediately given really nasty stares from one staff member because I had my certified service animal…this lady continued to walk over to the rest of the staff before I got to the counter and before I know it they are all looking at me like I have 10 heads. They then proceed to ask if it was a service animal. I respond “yes and I have his paperwork on me if you’d like.” No need. I begin placing my order. I will say, I was a little all over the place when ordering bc my mind was wondering why I am feeling so uncomfortable from the staff stares. Being from NY, a bad stare really doesn’t cost me a bad review. They were also nasty when calling my order out. The way they called me over was rude. The way they looked at me was rude. And ontop- my order was completely wrong. No extra sour cream. Never ordered nacho cheese and got nacho cheese. The side of chicken I got for my dog was so bad he did not even eat it. It's not great food fast, and it's not great fast food. We stopped using the drive thru service about 2 years ago because they would ALWAYS (I am not exaggerating) leave out 1-2, sometimes 3 and 4 items. Calling them has ALWAYS (again, not exaggerating) resulted in being outright told I was mistaken, or being heavily inolued that I was wrong about what I ordered. Calling the corporate number gets ZERO RESPONSE AND ZERO SOLUTIONS. So we began going inside to order, thinking it would help somehow. It hasn't. Before we leave, we have to check our receipt versus what's in the bag. Guess what? ALWAYS missing something. I'm not exaggerating at all, people. It's to the point that we DREAD going here when the kids ask. I'd rather go spend about $30-$40 more at a local Mexican restaurant than deal with the ineot service if this store.
