I don't know how I have made it this far in life without having Canvas & Coffee Art Cafe! You walk in and you are transported into an environment of creativity. Even the coffee is art! All the baked goods are soft and fresh and the drink menu has something for everyone. The opportunities to create and unwind in this space are limitless, and there is even clay kits for your kiddos to create with you! Family friendly, but this place is a space for everyone. Everything is so clean and I watched the tables be continuously wiped down by staff. The owners were working and greeting all the guests, such lovely people that I admire for having such an awesome vision come to life. Canvas & Coffee Art Café totally won me over! As a professional artist and a mushroom lover, this place hit all the right notes. The mushroom pour-over was perfectly brewed — rich, earthy, and surprisingly smooth. I’ve tried a lot of mushroom coffees, and this one was seriously impressive. Paired it with a chocolate croissant that was warm, flaky, and just the right amount of indulgent.

The atmosphere is spot-on — welcoming and creative, quiet but not too quiet. There’s great lighting (artists, you’ll appreciate this!) and plenty of space to spread out and actually make art. The house artists were super warm and easy to chat with, and I loved that the specials encouraged a little creative play — paint and coffee? Yes, please.

The perfect coffee shop ☕️! The flavor and notes of the coffee matched the energy in the space, which was vibrant, yet smooth. It was a plus that the drip coffee comes with free refills. The service by staff was warm and pleasant. There was light music playing in the background and plenty of open seating. Perfect place for a morning or early afternoon meeting for no more than 4 people. You can paint for the cost of the canvases and the paint is free. Great early morning date option.
