Cool little neighborhood bar with a diverse crowd. There's a decent selection of beers, craft and domestic alike. It seemed like there were more choices than there were in the fridge but it's also a Budweiser/ Miller Lite repository.

Happy hour every day until 7 except Sunday. On Tuesday, happy hour until 9. Cheap pitchers, $7 domestics. a.k.a. Super Happy Hour.

Pro tip: go get tacos at Village Grill, aims the corner, for Taco Tuesday them come up to Super Happy Hour. Wink 😉

I had actually chosen another place to eat at down the street, based on signage. Upon entering that establishment, it reaked of cigarette smoke. I walked a little further up the street and found this place. Man am I glad I did.

I always try restaurants cheese sticks appetizer and compare. This place is terrific. I had a half pound burger made to order and brewed fries. I only intended to eat half the burger and save the other half for another day.

It was too good. I ate the whole thing. And the fries.

CI is back! Sort of... The interior restoration and update since the fire has made CI into the place we all knew it could be. Very modern but with the old still shining through. It's brand-new, but you still feel right at home. the reason for the two missing Stars though is that service was incredibly, incredibly slow. We sat at our table from the time we arrived for a good 20 minutes before anybody ever came over to see if we wanted a drink. It was busy but certainly not full, and there were at least four people behind the counter, so there was plenty of staff to make sure that didn't happen.
