I order the same thing almost every single day. A large caramel iced coffee with cream and very little sugar (1 pump) and a medium hot hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. After today, I am just fed up with this location. My coffees never taste the same. Some days I will get them and my iced coffee is almost a syrup and teeth achingly sweet. Other days, like today, it tastes like coffee scented water. The coffee is super inconsistent. I prefer DD over Starbucks, but after getting fed up with the Vinton location over the same thing, it looks like I will be going back to Starbucks. The employees at this location are very friendly and tentative, at least most of them. It looks like only one girl was working today and that was solidified when two employees came barreling through the parking lot and basically ran inside after they parked.
Long story short: Dunkinโs coffee brewing practices seem to be inconsistent across the footprint. If you like to get the same flavor, same taste and same coffee every day, stick...

So I decided to get the chocolate Munchkins but half of the munchkins had no glaze icing on them and the ones that had the glazed icing maybe a quarter of the munchkin was covered. I go to Dunkin Donuts to cure my sweet tooth not to have a pale plane chocolate no sweet no sugar donut hole but it's like this every time I have ever been to this Dunkin Donuts. Maybe it's because they just can't get nobody to work there they always seem to not have enough people and always hiring that either says a lot for the company or a lot for the management.
