SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT FAST FOOD CHAINS! We used to be regulars but when management changed the service went downhil quickly. Last time we were here we almost wrote a horid review like what is comming, but forsome reason we decided to give them a third chance. We never leave bad reviews based on one visit. And after our second bad visit in a row we started a review but decided to let it go that time. We forgot about our experience last time we are back again tonight. Woops!

My review -Walk in no greating(is that to petty? Maybe.) -Heres your seat -Busser drops chips and salsa on table -5 minutes later our server finally shows up, “what do you want to drink?” -5 minutes later here are your drinks “what do you want to eat?” -Plate of chicken nachos for her two tacos for me -15 minutes later drinks empty salsa and chips gone busser brings us two chicken nachos two tacos. “Um we ordered one.” Waiter comes over and says “you ordered two nachos.” “No we ordered one then pointed to it on the menu” “no you ordered two” busser then takes the second back to the kitchen. -Busser later refills my drink. -We never saw the waiter after he tried telling us we ordered two nacho plates.

I love posting good reviews about amazing restaurants, and I love tipping 25% - 30% when the waiter/waitress goes above and beyond. But unfortunately some servers just dont act like they like getting tips. I still tip and ignore the bad service when the service is less average. But when they are out right rude and treat their customers this way repeatedly (three times in a row over the last 4 weeks) they lose us a customers loose out on all tip and get a bad review like this.

Pros: Cheap ish food and drinks when they are on special. The food is all premade so its fast

From the outside to the dinning area this place looked great. My girlfriend and I felt rushed to order since he was asking our drink orders before we even sat down. We both work in the restaurant business so we know how a restaurant and how guests should be treated. We ordered two appetizers to start, nachos and Spinach dip. When the nachos came out they were clearly microwaved and the plate wasn’t scorching hot and it was just motz microwaved on top with a drizzle of queso. We waited 25 minutes on the spin dip. I had to ask three times about the spin dip in a timeframe of 45 minutes. He brought out bean dip with no chips. I corrected him. He then came out with both of our entrees with the spin dip. He went to two different tables with our food before he realized it was ours. I ordered enchiladas, they are supposed to have a soft texture, no theses were hard. Clearly microwaved. We then both witnessed a very dirty trash can that contained chips that they were filling their “heated” chips container from this dirty trash can. Totally gross and unsanitary. We also were not able to distinguish who our waiter was as we had over 3+ people come to the table. One of the gentleman who came to the table seemed to be a busser as he was too young to be a server and we witnessed him on multiple occasions wipe his nose with his hand and touch menus and plates and dishes. Just disgusting. We asked for our check politely just wanting to pay and leave because we are hungry and not trying to get sick and he walked away and then back again to tell us it was free. It was quite disappointing and we ended up going to the chain we work at for dinner because honestly anything is better than...

Honestly if I could give a negative rating I would. The past TWO times in a row we have had beyond awful service and a horrible experience. Both times with in the past month. Needless to say we won’t be returning. The previous time we were sitting in the back ,because we were asked to, and they completely forgot about us. They sat us at a dirty table and we had no silverware, we had to get up and ask for drink refills and silverware. We thought hey maybe it will be better, WRONG. This time, tonight was beyond unacceptable service, we got sat at our table and it took at least 5 minuets for our server to even greet us and when he did he just asked us what we wanted for drinks, no hey how are you... Then, when we got our food they brought us two of the same item out when we only ordered one and the server tried arguing with and telling me I am wrong when I know what I ordered. My husband never got a drink refill until he asked, no one asked us how our food was, or if I wanted a another drink. Nothing. We also never got asked if would like any other food items and if they could take empty plates off our table. They just brought us our even though we did want more food. It’s nice to go somewhere and have at least some kind of quality service. Needless to say don’t wasted your money here, the service and food quality have gone way done and there a so many other Mexican restaurants area that know how to provide good service and treat their...
