I'd like to begin by saying with this location we rarely have issue, the staff is usually so nice and attentive but today was an entirely different case. My daughter loves visiting here especially where recently we've had such nasty weather outside! Today I was absolutely horrified by the state of the playroom. I'm not so naive to think that this place is cleaned each night with some sort of disinfectant but EVERYTHING is sticky. Tables, chairs, door handles, walls, I'm shuddering at the thought of the inside of those tubes.. Anyhow, after ordering from Mikayla, who seems to be the leader on this shift and getting the food I took my daughter to the bathroom to wash her hands. I was FLOORED. The lights were flickering like they were on strobe and once again everything was sticky! I know too many children with sensory issues for this to happen, period. I returned to the counter and asked for a rag and disinfectant to at least clean the table we were using and Mikayla said "Oh, she will get it!" Nodding towards a coworker who responded "A table, or all tables?" Almost an hour later I had cleaned our table with a wet paper towel off a roll I found on the drink station, we had eaten, and my daughter was enjoying the play area, still nobody had come to clean tables. Another family came in and started cleaning up the room once they saw the disarray and the employee who was told to clean came in to clean the table they had requested be cleaned so they could eat. After another 30 or 45 minutes and there was no additional attention to the rest of the mess I asked again to have the area cleaned up. This time I asked the cashier who the manager was so the issue could finally be resolved and I was referred to Mikayla again. I understand there's a thousand things going on in the back when fast food is slammed but there were multiple times both manager and employees were lounging around in the times the lobby was empty while the ladies in the back were cooking and cleaning the kitchen area. This time the response was to look at another employee and have her page someone in the headset to clean both lobbies. Read moreSo I go up to this McDonalds (today at 5:25PM receipt time) because it is normally pretty fresh, today I decided to go in to pay. Upon paying for my order which was over $10 after tax, a manager whos nametag started with a L was handing me back my change and said she had no pennies, then said I could either just let McDonalds keep the pennies or id have to wait a while because she was "busy". So I thought in a second kind of in shock and responded so, why on earth should I a random guy have to give a global corporation a few pennies of mine vs. they give me a few pennies...and she would not have gave me a few of McDonalds pennies, instead she runs and gets a roll of pennies even after I told her I don't care at all about pennies I care about what you just asked me to do. Then tries to give me the pennies....and I again had to tell her I don't care about pennies.....I'm pretty upset and hope this is looked into because if I didn't come here very often this would make me NEVER come back. I am going to give you guys a free pass on this one hoping you take care of the problem because I mean I only worked hardcore for you guys for about 5 years at the next closest location. However I will certainly eat there less often now and if it happens again just stop coming back, I have helped you all far more then enough and you want to steal my pennies, it's really absurd. Also I just want to add this is the edit, the food was surprisingly un-fresh upon me receiving...was worse then I have ever had it, kind of makes you curious if they gave me old food just because I pointed out they asked me to do...
Read moreIncident #2 I Have never in my 45 yrs of living have a ever seen such a manager that absolutely does not need this personal position. Tonight 2 combos was ordered. 17.03 total. I received ONLY HALF of the order and the Cops called ON ME. ??????? ALL BECAUSE I QUESTIONED MY ORDER AND WAS BEENING TREATED LIKE I WAS NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER.. Manager took the combo back and would not give me my money back. 1 hour later the cops come and give me back my money short $2.;When I look at the receipt it is wrong. I did not order no fish fillet. I ordered a Big Mac combo. But what I am demanding at this point is the am apology for having to be embarrassed because a manager can not handle her JOB. . I will need a general manager or the owner to run the tapes to see what I went thru and why I will sue if this is not handle. Now I wish I could have give a nice review because I would if I could. I am a fair reviewer whom believes in just not stating what's bad and never stating the Good. But this situation demands answer.
