Dunkin' — Restaurant in Robbinsville Township

Worst experience ever! We were a group of 5 wanting to get some coffee and the old guy working here was such a racist. Neither did we rush him or bother him. As we started ordering first, he was just irritated and rude. for just the 2nd order of coffee he started saying im just alone here, which I understand but we weren’t rushing him at all. He would just get irritated more and more as if we were not paying for what we were ordering or asking for anything more. I also told mentioned you can take your time sir, one of friends asked for just additional pump of mocha in his coffee and he sarcastically said- ‘yes my dear yes’ And that is not just it!!? there were other people in the line behind us and guess what he was just so nice to them, saying sorry or asking what size they wanted in a very polite way. We noticed for a few people after us he did the same, talk to them properly. I’m just not sure what we did was wrong here?? just get coffee...

I went to this Dunkin on Tuesday. The people who first took my order were friendly and patient, and they made my drink quickly, but then they clocked out, leaving another man to take over.

My boyfriend was sitting in the dining room waiting for our food. After 10 minutes of waiting in an empty store, I went to check on it. The man behind the counter looked confused and asked, “What food?” when I brought it up. I had ordered the $5 meal and had already paid for it. I basically had to argue with him to get my food at all.

After some back-and-forth, he made me the wraps from the meal but refused to give me the hashbrowns I had ordered on the side. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but the customer service was awful.

I would not recommend this...

2 things with this Dunkin!

First- every time there is at least 3 customers on the line you will be there at least 20-25 mins no matter what time you go there is only 1 person doing everything, am assuming the owner of this place don’t want to spend on extra staff that probably explains the next reason.

Second - the place is “DISCUSSING” probably hasn’t been cleaned since last year dirty Floors random garbage in the corners of the floor I went there in 2 different occasions and the Mens Restroom doesn’t need to be cleaned, that Bathroom needs to be Powered Wash I can’t even imagine the kitchen and due to not having enough staff this is how Business like this get neglected and lose customers when the owners are trying to...
