I’ve been eating at this Moes weekly, before I run my Saturday/Sunday errands, for almost two years now. The best way to describe this establishment is: Subpar management. If I could draw a graph for the quality of food, customer service, and cleanliness of this restaurant, over the last two years, it would surely be trending downwards. Today at 1230 was no exception. Dirty tables and booths, messy salsa station, Soda machine with multiple selections out, broken chips on the floor, and a skinny manager with glasses who would rather lose a long term customer than remake from scratch a poorly rolled burrito. I asked the manager to please remake a burrito that an obvious new trainee mangled and lost half of its contents/meat. His response was to dump what was left in to a new shell and make a mini burrito. When I questioned his method, noting that I eat here weekly, his response was “Well, that’s a normal sized burrito man”. Let’s do some math. An average 1oz serving cup is approx 1.70 inches long. Two of them side by side is 3.40 inches….. meaning my adult (not kid size or junior) sized burrito was less than 3 and 1/2 inches filled. So a normal Moes burrito is less than 3.50 inches full? What kind of crazy food cost algorithm is this manager following that he would rather lose a weekly faithful customer of two years vs losing maybe $1.00 in food cost to serve me something pathetic like this? Here’s some bonus math for the owners of this establishment. I spend approx $15 a person each week at this Moes. $15 x 52 weeks is approx $800 a year/pp. That’s not even including the times I bring my son, spouse, coworkers or parents here each year. If the Manger is treating the person who is writing this review so poorly, just imagine the profit that this store is bleeding. Death by a thousand cuts to their bottom line. There are probably a hundred places to get Lunch in Robinson. I won’t be back thanks to this experience.

Moe’s is almost always a good spot for some good food. The chips and salsa is easily one of the best parts, and the burritos are filled up full. They took out some menu options for the burritos a while ago that I used to enjoy getting, so that part is disappointing, but other than that, typically good food. It is hit or miss if we get a “Welcome to Moe’s!” at this location. Parking is generally easy, but can be difficult if you go at the wrong time. They also do some decent catering too

Ordered a stack and found a 3 inch piece of plastic inside that I did not order. Have not posted anything about in hopes they would fix this situation but even after talking with the area director he has now stopped responding. If someone from the location could contact me regarding this issue it would be much appreciated.

I came in tonight at 8:02pm and had to deal with the disrespect from an employee name Will . First I come in walking in front of my fiancé , Will doesn’t acknowledge me goes to ask my fiancé what can I get you . So I respond and say can I have two chicken club quesadillas he says would you like everything on it I say no I kind of what to make it my own I don’t like everything that comes on it . He says “this is not make it your own and have it your way. Then he says well it comes with white meat I say I’ve had it with dark meat I want it with dark . He continues to be rude saying I’m testing to sell the white meat and says to another employee I’m not dropping dark meat I’m trying to sell white meat it’s 8pm and walks off to hand out queasy to another employee to finish off I stood there very confused as to why I was being treated so rudely and disrespected. I then express how I feel to another employee because I know this behavior is unacceptable she tells me his name is Will and is a manager in training I was very disappointed and discussed because why would a manger in training act with such mannerisms. This is the customer service business and nobody deserves to be treated this way making it harder for paying frequent customers to want to come back spending there hard earned money with such horrible management skills and customer service skills . If this behavior is what you guys think is acceptable and what your managers should be saying or treating a paying customer with the lack of leadership principles and customer service skills I will be contacting corporate. I am certain that behavior is unacceptable no matter what time it is in the day or night he should’ve prepared better for the finishing of his night not knowing what ppl will come in an order and if the majority of ppl come in and order dark meat he should’ve made more if he was a manager in training and needs to work on learning cost and matrix’s when it comes to a business and learn how to treat ppl working in customer service he wouldn’t wanted to be treated like that or want his family or friends to be treated like such . I will be speaking with a...

Used to work at Moe’s, now I’m an assistant store manager at a fortune 50 company. Never have I seen such a poor display of customer service at Moe’s, like what I experienced today. I ordered a steak bowl and nachos for my wife. After ordering the steak bowl I looked down at the steak to see it was all half pink. I’ve never seen that before at Moe’s and that itself was enough for a bad experience, but the employees made it worse. Seeing it was pink, I asked to do adobo chicken instead, the worker had not put the steak on yet, so it was no big deal. Once I got everything done at the hot station he moved my stuff over to the cold station for the next guy in the line to continue my order. The issue is, that guy was too busy sweeping the floor, and was not paying any attention to the customers in the store. The manager was right there and rather than helping me he continued to pull out all the veggies to do the late night cleaning and wrap them all up then put them back. I sat there waiting for maybe 3-4 minutes, no one paid any mind to me, just kept on cleaning. It wasn’t until another customer came in and got their food through the hot station that someone said something to the kid sweeping for him to come over and help, just not help me. He walks over and completely ignores me, despite me being at the front of the line, and asked the customers behind me what they wanted on their bowls. They had to tell him that they were already taken care of, because the employee at the hot station literally came over and added their cold stuff on for them, before me, again despite me having been waiting there. So then the kid asks me what I wanted on my bowl and nachos, I told him cheese, pico and sour cream on both. And he was so worried about making...
