They do NOT wear their masks, all employees had masks around chin entire time, even when face to face with customer. The masks are for health and safety. If they can't handle that after a year of getting used to it and half a million dead people, then why would I trust any of them to prepare my food with any regard to ALL health and safety guidelines? You not enforce hair nets or hand washing, either? Completely inappropriate. Their was a big screw in the bottom of my soda, which we got replaced, but the lady at window had no clue what it was from (probably ice machine, is my first guess) so it probably didn't get fixed and something in their ice or drink machine is missing a screw now lol. There was no tomatoes on any of my food, so I assume they're out of them or they are recalled right now, but they communicated none of that to me, so I just got a surprise of no pico on anything. But the egregious part is the masks, for sure. That's a huge health violation and I have already reported them to the PA dept of health, so hopefully they will have a surprise inspection soon. This was the first time I left the house in two months and wore two masks myself (extremely high risk but too young and too hard to get a vaccine appt in Pittsburgh yet), and this was what I encountered. I just wanted to leave my home and get some junk food, if I get covid it's 100% from this restaurant. Will never ever return, even after covid is contained. I suggest the same for others concerned about their health. If you don't care about covid or food contamination, it tastes like every other taco bell and they didn't forget any of my items, besides the lack of tomatoes on everything, and it was fast, so it's a personal choice I guess. It took over 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food. I thought maybe they had a big order or something went wrong. We got up to the window and paid. Mistake. I should have cancelled. We sat. And sat. And sat. And sat. The girl working the window gave me a card for a free combo meal. That was almost 10 minutes into sitting at the window. We could hear employees on the food prep line screaming and arguing with each other. I knew just asking for my money back on my debit card would make things worse. It would take a manager and a lot more time and cause even more chaos. At 5:55 we got our food and another apology from the girl in the window. She was very sweet. She was the only positive thing in the whole transaction. I pulled forward and opened my Burrito Supreme. It was ice cold. I'm 48 years old and a veteran of the food industry and customer service work. I have NEVER sat down and written a company a long dissertation about ANY experience, much less a bad one. I went back because they didn’t give me a fork for my chicken bowl, luckily I took a bite of the quesadilla and discovered the chicken was RAW, I looked through my chicken bowl and discovered that chicken was also undercooked. The large short lady at the window with long black hair who was outside smoking a blunt with the other worker, said she would remake the food. After getting my food remade I looked through it to discover THIS, RAW CHICKEN AGAIN. She acted like I had to be lying, and said they temp their chicken. I’m not an idiot to know raw chicken is pink and cooked chicken is white, maybe she is colorblind I don’t know.
