I absolutely enjoy Jersey Mike's subs!! I have never had any issues or concerns until today 9/25/22, I went in today for my unusual one regular #7sub only. Everyone (sandwich preparer and cashier were both pleasant) my sub it was prepared to my specifications without any problems. However the issue came when I went to pay. I was asked to swipe my card 3 times, which I thought was strange and on the third try I decided to check my online banking and sure enough I was charged 2 times for the same sub. After I explained to them I don't know what is going on but I showed them on my online banking app that I had paid not once but twice forcthe same sub. Then from the back came an extremely unpleasant and rude thin framed Caucasian lady, I assumed she was some sort of manager. She approached and without even acknowledging me or apologizing, her demeanor presented itself as extremely condescending and very rude. She had a raised voice and appeared annoyed upon approach. After I explained what had transpired, she began talking to me as if I was unintelligent and as if I was not a paying customer. I was getting inpatient and I asked for my receipt, to make sure I had proof of payment for one sandwich. I then instructed her I would be back if my card was charged more than one time, I then retrieved my sandwich and proceeded to leave. I could hear her very irrational and irrate yelling "I don't care about a 10.00 sub" as I exited the restaurant, she was continuing to yell that I was rude and told me not to come back. Wowww this behavior transpired while other possibly new customers was in line waiting to order. This is the first time I have ever experienced this kind of treatment at this location. I hope that this kind of behavior is not indicative of the Jersey Mikes management or their reputation . I was extremely offended and decided to write this review. I have decided that whenever this person is working I will choose to take my buisness elsewhere or to another location where they dont mind giving extraordinary service to their customers. I wouldn't have gone to your place of business if I knew you couldn't take care of me. I felt your stress today because you were busy and had to change gloves, slow down the line, and accommodate a person that you didn't want to serve.
Really sad, you know. I know how to order my food. You just didn't want to take a moment to serve someone who walked in your door, waited in line, just to hear your hesitation in my order.
I'm not sure if you were the manager, but you totally disrespected me in front of people, and your attitude was not very nice. The guy that was originally helping me was very nice, but you lady...not so much.
I pray that no one gets food allergies. They suck. Just when I thought I had another restaurant I could eat at, you pulled the rug out from under me.

Read moreHorrible experience today. I ordered the chipotle cheese steak with extra cheese, they had me pay in advance as I am filling up my drink they just hand me my sandwich. At first I let it go that they didn’t ask me for any toppings, then I sit down to eat my sandwich, it’s not even beef, it’s chicken, no flavor at all and put together messy. I tried to keep my mouth shut but after 2 bites I couldn’t. I asked them if they were out of beef and they told me no and I told them they made it with chicken and that they didn’t even ask me what toppings I wanted, they just stared at me no remorse not even asking if they can fix my sandwich.
