Olive Garden is my happy place—where carbs, cheese, and joy come together in perfect harmony! From the second you walk in, it smells like heaven (aka garlic and butter). The vibes are cozy and the staff is always friendly, but let’s talk about the real star of the show: the Parmesan. You know that magical moment when they ask, “Say when”? Yeah… it took me 10 full seconds to say it. I just sat there smiling while my pasta got snowed on with glorious cheese. No shame. Zero regrets. The breadsticks? Legendary. Warm, soft, buttery perfection. I could eat a dozen. The salad? Fresh, crisp, and totally underrated. I went for the Chicken Alfredo—so creamy and rich, I was basically in a pasta dream. Every bite hit just right. The best part? You always leave full and happy, and maybe with a to-go box because the portions are super generous. Plus, who doesn’t love unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks? Whether you’re with friends, family, or just treating yourself (because you deserve it), Olive Garden always delivers the warm, cheesy comfort you need. And next time they ask me about the Parmesan? I might just let it snow a little longer .

When we first arrived there was a tray full of dirty dishes next to our booth. My husband asked one of the associates to move it and the tray was moved about two feet away from our booth. Our appetizer arrived and 2 out of the four plates were dirty, and obviously had to be sent back. The salad arrived and we received another dirty plate that again had to be sent back. So at this point I'm really uneasy about staying here to eat because it is becoming clear that this location does not care about cleanliness and appearance. So our food comes, and yes the good was good, but I didn't enjoy it because in the back of my mind I'm wondering if my plate was dirty before the food was placed on the plate. So I finally ask our assigned waitress if it's their practice to leave a tray of dirty dishes just out in the open and she simply says "It's not mine" and walks away. So the tray just remained there throughout our entire time of us being there, from the time we arrived til the time we left. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this Olive Garden location.

My wife wanted a trip to Italy …. So we got in the car and took a 2 minute drive to this local Oliver Garden. I was glad I wore my tuxedo because they were escorting people out who tried to wear a T-shirt in. Once we sat down the environment was amazing real Italian decor with a live band playing. Our waitress only spoke Italian so ordering was difficult. This is my fault though because I should have opened up Rosetta Stone before visiting. Either way we received our wonderful traditional five course Italian meal. Everything tasted like it was straight from the motherland. I’m not too sure many people have heard about “Olive Garden” but I think it would make a fantastic franchise. Also can you guys add chili dogs to the menu

On Saturday evening, my husband , and I went to Olive Garden in Rochester never in my life have I ever seen what happened this night? Young men came inside this establishment selling chocolate bars, going table to table asking customers if they want to purchase chocolate bars for their football team I felt that was an inappropriate, we couldn’t enjoy our meal!I l felt that the manager should’ve done more when the young people came to the door when you first walked in the Host should’ve told them they cannot come in selling chocolate bars They came to our table, harassing us to buy chocolate bars. When we told him we’re not interested we didn’t have any cash on us,. They told us we could use cash app , or Venmo! I brought it to the managers attention he said yeah they were here a couple weeks ago . We kicked them out and now they came back again! and the top it we got our food? The young lady brought dirty plates to our table on the same tray with our food that just came out !!! on the same tray ! We told the young lady that could we speak to the manager we did not that want that food the manager . The manager apologize, We made our food and said they shouldn’t have happened and gave us , A free dessert I just think the manager should’ve taken care of us completely! That was very unsanitized. That young lady needs to be retrain that is a no no, wasn’t trying to get a meal paid for but he could’ve have given us A free dinner or something off our meal, but he gave us a free dessert so I don’t think the customer service was catered to the customer at all. . I would never visit that location again. I’ve always came to the location. It’s always pleasant, and our server, the young man who served us on Saturday was very pleasant, very respectful, and he apologize he was more sympathetic than the manager. very disappointing. I will be contacting...

I usually do not leave bad reviews but I have to at this one. We had a surprise party booked and it was an overall not great experience. We booked tables for 24 of us in advance. When we all arrived early (to not ruin the surprise). They did not have the tables ready. We had to have the people driving the birthday girl around and stall. When we got to our tables they were sticky and gross. The waitstaff was in total scramble mode and looked lost. They did not bring the food we ordered correctly, the quality of the food was awful, they didn't bring plates or enough silverware or even drinks for everyone at the table. We had one waitress who actually was trying but the waiter we had was extremely rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We had to ask them to constantly take things off the table, ask about the food that was ordered because some of it never came and when they did bring out the food (because they did not have it written down properly per person) the waiter was shouting out across the entire room each order. I got the gorgonzola steak pasta and it was inedible. The steak was stringy and boiled, absolutely terrible. My son asked if we could leave his food and not take it home, because it was gross. He got the kids pizza (that came 20 min later than the rest). His cousin wouldn't eat it either. They took our individual check orders but when it came time to cash each of us out had no clue what we ordered. We had to tell them all over again what we had. We did not get a receipt either. The total he gave me was different that the total he loaded on the charge screen which I assume is gratuity added on because of a large party and that is fine but was not disclosed, so they got another tip on top of that. The whole experience was a bust. I can safely say I will not be back to...

I’ve had 2 dining experiences here over the past month. The first was a pick up order and my chicken scampi had absolutely no sauce on it. Just noodles, chicken and peppers. I was disappointed but wrote it off as a fluke because I’ve eaten at this location before and never had any issues. Last night I decided to dine in and again ordered chicken scampi. This time there was at least a small amount of sauce that was mostly just drizzled over the chicken. My biggest complaint is the overall lack of care from the kitchen staff. My dish came out with huge chunks of bell pepper. Mostly green. This dish is meant to have a variety of peppers thinly sliced. They were barely cooked at all, huge and definitely not thoughtfully or uniformly sliced. I’m just disappointed with the quality of food I’ve received from this location recently. Between this and the corporate changes made over the past few years such as items being discontinued from the menu and the HUGE cut in portion sizes I think I’ll be taking a break from Olive Garden for a while. I can make this dish at home better and have leftovers.

It’s disappointing how the pandemic changed the restaurant industry. Top dollar for bottom of the barrel quality. No one is impressed by endless Alfredo or Spaghetti with meat sauce. We can make that at home. Olive Garden used to be one of my favorites and a real treat to have a consistently decent sit down meal with loved ones. I hope the restaurant industry starts to put the customer first again. Splurges like eating out are a small luxury for the everyday person. It’s disheartening when the quality of the food is lacking this...
