Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

First of all whenever i get pizza i only buy 1 slice, most places it'll be a little old as in the cheese isn't melted/fresh etc. So far everytime here it's still been steaming just the way i like it. Deliciously made. Also one of the gentleman here made his own recipe for a garlic cream cheese and I was shocked how well that went on pizza. Good job brother, I was hesitant when I bought it and was shocked at the swelly heart warming taste. But my biggest thing was the gorgeous girl working the register named Angelina. I came in just to spend $2 on a single slice of pizza and I'm picky and like Center pieces with no crust. They didn't have that. This girl literally offered to cut off the crust for me. A $2 customer and she was more than willing to go out of the way for me. THAT is what I call immaculate customer service. So shout out to the garlic cream cheese guy (didnt catch your name) that stuff was delicious I advise everybody to atleast give it a shot. This is the only jets you'll find it at. And also shoutout to Angelina for going above and beyond despite that not being your responsibility. Never been more impressed with any kind of food chain. Creativity AND respect...

Had a few bad experiences and still tried them because they were convenient. Birthday party pizza was delivered VERY late and cold even after calling 2x and living 5 min away(didn’t do pick up because we had a lot of guests and didn’t want to leave them). Was contacted by corporate and tried them again. Pizza was just ok. Delivery was cold again. Tried them again after that and order was wrong even after employee confirmed order 2x. Pizza was just so-so. Called back and they offered to deliver the correct pizza but by that time it was just too late and quite frankly, it isn’t about a free pizza. I understand that things happen and that’s why we tried again and again but won’t be visiting this location again. Have had WAY better Pizza at other Jet’s locations and no problems either. Would rather drive further and out of the way to get better pizza from a different Jet’s or just order from a whole other...

It is always time for pizza! When I really am craving pizza that is truly satisfying, filling, delicious, and the way pizza should be, I order Jet's Pizza. Deep dish pizza topped with double mushroom: For starters, mushroom is my favorite topping on pizza. I was extremely satisfied with how the topping was distributed to have mushroom in every bite! Deep dish pizza topped with grilled chicken and jalapeño pepper: This topping combination is another staple I have. The jalapeño peppers give the pizza the perfect amount of spicy kick I desire on pizza. I love spicy food and can handle the heat; however, pizza is one of those foods that cannot be too spicy. Jalapeño peppers are the way to go to reach that happy level of spice.
