The younger gentlemen taking our order through the drive thru was HORRIBLE. He was EXTREMELY rude to us. It was around 12:30am (open 24/7) and there were 2 cars in front of us. We were only ordering for maybe 2 minutes. He answered through the machine kinda rude, but we didn't mind that much. Then when we asked for a few seconds, he gave us major attitude. We looked at the menu, and asked for a few seconds because we didn't see chicken tenders anywhere on the late night menu, so we asked "Do you still have the chicken tender meals?" Where the employee yelled back "FOUR. SIX. OR TEN!!" And we said "do you have them?" "I SAID FOUR, SIX OR TEN!!!! YESSSS WE HAVE THEM?!" A car pulled up behind us and we continued to order the 6 piece chicken tender meal, large with a root beer "WHAT TO DRINK?!".... a root beer please. "WE DONT HAVE ROOTBEER" oh sorry just a lemonade then. "IS THAT ALLLLL?!" No, We would also like a number 3, large, with a Sprite and a "NOW IS THAT ALL?!" no, and a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle please. And I KID YOU NOT... he goes "OH MY GODDDDDDD...." like he thought that his mic was muted... and our mouths just DROPPED! "You said SAUSAGE egg and cheese mcgriddle... right?" To which we answered "NO, BAAAAAAACON!!!!" At this time there are 2 cars behind us, no one has moved in front of us and we are pretty sure we are going to get something nasty in our food from his terrible attitude. I work in the service industry and I could never ever imagine (no matter how stressed) would I ever show that much frustration and rudeness to ANY customer. Especially not pleasant ones that UNDERSTAND that the wait might be a longer time since it's late and you have 5 cars in your drive thru. I know this sounds like a "dramatic" post, but I swear SOMEONE might need to know how terrible someone there treats the customers... I wouldnt want anyone else to be treated like that. We didn't even know what to do... leave? Eat the food? Wait? We were just left feeling like the biggest inconveniences ever... we both just got off work and wanted...
   Read moreBeen to this Mcdonalds many times since January as i moved to the area then. Officially no longer going to be continuing to return until the place shapes up. Orders are literally always wrong, and many times what i see on the receipt is correct but what i get is completely different. Usually seem to be good on replacing items but then even thats done wrong. All this happening after waiting in line in the drive-thru for nearly 10-20 minutes each time when its midnight and im one of if not the only person in the line. Half the time this happens i see employees not much younger than me that don't seem to have any clue what they are doing nor do they seem to care as even when trying to correct orders they are laughing back and forth or checking their phone. And the last straw was coming to the place at 10 to 11 one night recently and being the only person in the drive-thru. I got two order a big mac with just cheese and mac sauce and a cheeseburger meal. Both were made completely wrong and were cold when i got them after waiting for ten minutes. plus they tried to give me a medium meal on both when the receipt had it marked correct as a large. (receipt was actually correct for my whole order). they gave me the right size but i didn't realize the burgers were wrong until i got home. Drove back and tried to get a replacement within 6 minutes and suddenly the place is completely closed and the fryers are now shut down for the night so they say they cant do anything about it and wont fix my meal but they would put my name in for a free one next time. Well i still haven't gotten my free burger because at this point i no longer even want the food they serve. At least not from this location. To the owner of this one...hire some people who actually want the job and can do it correctly before corporate ends up doing a cleanup and you lose...
   Read moreThe only issue I have been having is literally every time I get a to go order, I'm always shorted a sandwich or two. This always happens every single time, no matter if I use the drive-thru or place my order inside. Doesn't happen when we eat there. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt the first 4 to 5 times people make mistakes or being busy. But every single time! I'd get upset having to drive back to get what's missing. Now I check the bag before leaving and I catch them every time. I shouldn't have to take everything out of the bag to check every time to make sure it's all there. 2+2=4 not 3 nor 2!!!! Hate to say this,but I feel it's being done intentionally and I have a feeling I'm not the only customer this happening to. Emagine the money there saving from shorting orders each day,week,month,and year. It's sure adds up at mine and other's expense. So word to the wise, the food is good there, but if going through drive- thru or placing a order to go inside, CHECK YOUR ORDER TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL THERE BEFORE LEAVING.
