Wendy's — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

I walked into this location where an older woman and a boy named Immanuel were standing at the register. They both to looked up at me smiling as I walked into, they both kept rude expressions on their face, ignored me and looked back down to their schedule they were discussing. Til then stood at the counter waiting for them to acknowledge me for 3 minutes. The woman rudely walked away then the boy Immanuel looked up at said “what you want?” I said “thank you for acknowledging me,” he rolled his eyes and stood staring at me. I asked politely for a Dave’s single and a French fry and that was all. He asked what to drink and I repeated my order. I paid with $100, he again rolled his eyes and asked if I had anything smaller which I did not. Then the old lady came over to me holding out her hand for my money. After 5 minutes she came back and gave me my change. The boy Immanuel then said I owed him $10. My bill was $8.88. He only gave me 12 cents back. I had to tell him my change amount was $1.22. He rolled its eyes yet again, opened the register to snatch a dollar and a dime and rudely handed it to me. What is wrong with people?! And why is this being tolerated?! This used to be my favorite restaurant, this service has...

To begin, I have lived in this area my whole life so I have been to this Wendys many, MANY times. Over the past 6ish months, the quality of food and customer service has gone down drastically.

On August 31st at around 9pm, My bf and I came to get dinner. They took 1 car at a time, made their whole order, and sent it out to the customer before taking the next car in line. They did not repeat the order insuring the order/size of the order is correct. I always get the $6 biggie bag upgraded to a large...which did not happen tonight even though i repeated myself at the speaker multiple times.

This is not the first bad experience I have had here either in the past few months. There was a younger woman working the drive thru and taking orders...She made us repeat ourselves multiple times and yet my bf still got the completely wrong sandwhich. Somehow they mistake him ordering the "Spicy Chicken Pretzel Bacon Pub Sanwhich" for a single cheeseburger.

Unfortunately, We will have to stop coming here. It is not worth the money they charge for us never getting...

Hear me outtt!! Every single time my boyfriend and I come here they get our order wrong. And I’m talkin EVERY SINGLE TIME. We’ve both worked in food service so we always try to give grace in that department, but enough is enough man. The employees seem out of it and are really rude every time as well. There has been numerous times when the manager has tried to blame us for getting our order wrong. They always forget not to put cheese on my boyfriend’s order and every time I ask them to correct the mistake she says “well you need to make sure you tell us.” Yeah immma stop you right there because I need to make sure to tell you that your management skills suuuuck and you need to learn how to start taking accountability for your team that continuously messes up orders. I understand this is an entry level job and food service is rough but my grace for them is out the window because they are nasty, rude and should find a job that doesn’t involve working with...
