The food was fine although the spicy chicken could have been spicier but oh well this is Minnesota. The service here was remarkably bad. The tall male Asian waiter was VERY rude and disrespectful. We are not familiar with this restaurant and the cuisine, and he was very impatient with us. He seemed irritated while we were ordering and he read back out our order to us but did it with a sharp tone. His lackluster service persisted as we wanted to add another item to our order but said it was already coming even though we did not place it. When our meal arrived, he didn't even check to see if that item had arrived and at the end just said we will remove it. I HATE to even suggest this but the way he was treating other patrons that were not people of color and how he treated us left a bitter taste in our mouths. We had dinner at Ichiddo Ramen & Sushi and were blown away by the food and the atmosphere. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful without being heavy, and the seafood ramen stood out with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The sushi was equally impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.

The environment felt relaxed and welcoming, with music that set a lively but comfortable tone. Even though it was busy, the restaurant felt warm and inviting, making it easy to enjoy the evening.

A special mention goes to our waitress, Yvonne, who made the experience memorable. She was attentive, kind, and patient, even during a hectic night. She checked on us often, got everything right, and made us feel like valued guests.

Visited during their soft opening and this is an awesome place with excellent food and service. The staff are open to recommendations and feedback, which is a breath of fresh air from other Rochester establishments. They truly care about their customers and want to create a comfortable and memorable dining experience. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and my fiancé had stir fried ramen. I added some hot oil to my ramen and it didn't disappoint.
