Comfortable, well located, good price point, roomy. I'm revising my review at this time. I sent a separate email to the owner on some issues and received a very lackluster response in return, so it's time to revise my rating. What I originally posted was accurate, but not complete. There were deep cleaning issues. The home we rented was in sore need of a good, thorough cleaning. We personally walked into and cleaned ourselves: sticky wet liquid on the kitchen floor we walked into and tracked around a bit before noticing and then needed to mop up. Just what we wanted to do after a 6 hour drive. We think the previous occupant's trash had been set on the floor there and leaked. Wiped sticky crud off counters in kitchen, stovetop, a dresser in the bedroom and two end tables in the living room. Dish drain was disgusting, so we opted to not use it. The first three dish cloths we pulled from the kitchen drawer had wads of hair on them. Cloths were clean, but the hair kind of ruined the thought of using them. After seeing expiration dates of over 6 months on some of the "available to use" products in the kitchen, I went through all of the food products and pitched over half of them, due to expiration dates, some up to a year old. There were areas of heavy dust accumulation. If you had allergies, it would not be a good situation. As the owner, I would have been more concerned about these issues, especially if I had been paying a cleaning service (I don't know who does the cleaning.) I also stated I had pictures if they were interested in seeing them, but no response there, either. I would just advise to be aware...
Read moreMy wife and I, as well as a couple of family members stayed in the Faith House for almost 2 months following a bone marrow transplant. I was required to stay within 15 minutes of Mayo Clinic until I was granted permission to commute from home near the twin cities. The Faith House was perfect for our needs. The daily trip to Mayo was easy from the house, plus it was convenient to Hwy 52 as well as shopping in the area. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There are sidewalks and walking trails nearby. The rambler was homey and clean. It has a nice little front porch that we could sit on and relax. The tvs were easy to use, it had a good washer and dryer and all the appliances were in good working condition. Jessica was responsive by text and email and able to help us with anything we needed. The house fit in our budget well and the flexibility in how much time was needed to give notice that we would be out of the house by a certain date was extremely helpful. We didn't know exactly when I would be approved to go home so it was difficult to know when our check out date should be. Jessica really provided the most flexibility with that. I would recommend Covered by...

Lovely home centrally located in the heart of Rochester MN
What I liked · I loved how responsive the owners were leading up to our visit. My husband loved how comfy the bed was. House is centrally located near the Mayo clinic, close distance to shops and the Rochester Art Center. The location was near pickle ball courts, beautiful parks and unique foods. The backyard vegetation was like a living Amazonian site. With a small colony of rabbits 🐇.
What was not optimal · Wish the downstairs billiard room had places to sit and a small table. I am disabled but enjoy air hockey 🏒. So I was unable to use the room because I cannot stand to long. The person the owner hired needs to dust a little better. A few cobwebs in the master bedroom and dust buildup under the dresser. Lastly if I was the owner I would invest in a wall surge protector with multiple outlets for each bedroom. Especially since houses built during the 1930's hard few wall sockets. Which was completely understandable...
