I ordered 2 simple meals. Upon arriving back home I noticed they messed up on both orders. So I tried calling the store 3 times to inform them my orders where messed up only for them not to answer either time. so when I returned to the store & informed them them of the mess up. Now Iām unsure if It was either a female employee or the manager I spoke with. But either way she argued with me about the mess up while having an attitude with me for telling her the order wasnāt right. So they ended up remaking one of the orders & fixed the other one. When I got back home & handed my wife her new order that was supposed to be made correctly with Mikeās honey hot. She informed me that it still wasnāt right & there was no honey hot sauce on the tenders. So now Iām not only disappointed that they still screwed my order up again but fought and argued with us like my wife didnāt know what she was talking about. After trying to explain to the female one the phone that it still wasnāt right. She refused to credit the meal and hung up on us. Now the sad part of it all is. It wasnāt just our order that was messed up while waiting there was a few other peoples orders that were messed up. Now if u canāt do ur job right & have to be unprofessional to the point of arguing with a customer who only eats chicken tenders with mikes honey hot & hanging up on us. Maybe u should find a job were u donāt have to deal with customers cuz my opinion she should be fired or find people that can follow a receipt & or hire people that knows how to put orders together & deal...

Not sure if the drive through girl was having a bad day, or if their policy refuses to serve sodas without ice but - I pulled through the drive though after ordering a $7 box & a soda with no ice. When I got my drink, there was ice - so I said āoh sorry I asked for no iceā & tried to hand my drink back for fixing. The window attendant said they canāt accept the drink back, so I said okay & put it in my cupholder - thinking about who at work I can pawn it on because I donāt like soda with ice right now. Iām pregnant & itās just something I donāt like at the moment! I get my food & am waiting for my drink with no ice. The window attendant states sheās not giving me another drink because I have mine, I said ābut I asked for no ice, I donāt want this drink itās not how I ordered itā she said again āyou have your drink. Now can you pull up so we can serve the other people behind youā all with a very condescending tone & smile to match! Not returning to this KFC. Not because of my soda with no ice but for the sheer & blatant disrespect & disregard for my simple order fix. Instead they gave me tenders I Called multiple times just to get through to the night shift which the night shift manager answers the phone with music blaring in the background with swearing as I have my kids in the car as we are on Bluetooth. I expressed that I would like to get a number to corporate. They said they don't have that number I asked for the general managers name they wouldn't give me that the gentleman that I spoke to said he was the night shift manager Jose extremely rude. And not at all helpful I told him about my order had the receipt and he told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the daytime manager.
