Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester

This location is quickly going down hill as we have noticed a growing trend in unclean, unprofessional, and overall questionable environment. Most recently, we called in our order for 1 pizza: hawaiian, thin crust, jalapenos. Upon arriving two hours later, which is when we said we would be there, the pizza was not made. When we walked into the store there weren't any other customers in the building, however, 3 or 4 piled up behind us as the cashier double checked for our order. Along side of him were 6-8 workers that were seemingly left with nothing to do, as no one attempted to make our pizza right away. By the time our pizza made it through the line, we received it after 2 or 3 groups received theirs whom ordered after us. The radio was unbelievably loud, which probably explains why the cashier didn't hear that we asked for jalapenos. The person at the end of the line, tore off the saran wrap in frustration, tossing the toppings all over the place and quickly threw on the jalapenos and re-wrapped our pizza. We had plenty of time to observe the environment that the staff had created, and it was pretty disappointing. The staff as a whole were extremely dirty with flour and sauce all over their uniforms, food all over the floors and counters, and for some reason about 5 teenagers hanging out in the back whom were not in uniform (who knows if they were employed there). What is most disappointing of all is that a well made product from this chain is very good and expected across the chain. However, the north location doesn't perform much better than the south, so this chain is failing terribly...

First I wanna say this is my favorite pizza of all time and all of the staff working in there were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs, even with the holiday rush of heart shaped pizzas, with the exception of One of the employees was extremely rude not only to the guests but also to his co workers mumbling things under his breath and saying degrading things about both the guests and his coworkers when asked a simple question. He snapped on me for asking where to order replying with see the sign that says order here, I would guess that's where. It was Friday February 14th in the early afternoon in the store on the south side of Rochester in the Hy-Vee shopping center. My boyfriend and I came up from Florida and I had been talking about how much I miss Papa Murphy's pizza and made a special trip down to Rochester just to get one of the stuffed pizzas an hour out of our way in both directions .....the PIZZA WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS and did not disappoint after 6 years it's still my favorite but that guy ruined not only our mood but his poor coworkers you could see it on their faces. The poor girl bringing out the online orders was really getting crap from him for no apparent reason honestly can't see why there would be a reason to treat anyone that way especially in place of business. Absolutely horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location. Ordered online and arrived 45 minutes later. When I arrived, one of the pizzas was not made yet. Furthermore, in the middle of helping me with my other pizza, the guy was called to the back, by I'm guessing his manager, and she started yelling at him about his hours. This happened while he was helping me. This is a great way to make customers happy! After he was done speaking with her, he started making my other pizza and then left again to answer the phone, help another customer, and talk to his manager again, all while I'm waiting for my pizza. After waiting for 15 minutes, I finally received my 2nd pizza and left. Once I got home, I cooked both pizzas, and the pizza that I patiently waited for, was not prepared correctly and the crust burned horribly. Not only did the crust burn, but the cooking tray also burned. This didn't happen with my other pizza. So the pizza that I waited to get for 15 minutes was ruined. Never again will I patronize this location as they, especially the manager, showed that they really don't care for their customers. I love Papa Murphy's, just not...
