What a wonderful hidden gem of a place! I had been trying unsuccessfully off and on for months to find a wedding band that worked with the engagement ring my fiancé bought me. It’s a beautiful ring, but I was having issues finding a wedding band that looked right because of the way my diamond is set and the ring is designed. The other jewelry stores I visited, had salespeople who reminded me of aggressive used car salesmen. Those other jewelry stores left a bad taste in my mouth and they honestly didn’t seem to care about helping me find something that really worked and looked nice. The other places tried to pressure me to buy a wedding band that looked ugly with my engagement ring. Nobody else pulled out a catalog of options or was willing to go out of their way. This place is completely the opposite of the big stores. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. It wasn’t easy to find something that worked, but Shirley worked hard to help me. When she realized that they didn’t have any wedding bands in stock that looked good with my ring, she pulled out a few catalogs and helped me find the perfect wedding band to cradle my ring. She ordered it for me to see if I liked it. The band was delivered in a day and I was so thrilled how amazing it worked with my engagement ring! It was so gorgeous! They were kind enough to do a rush job for me the week before my wedding. Bernie quickly sized the wedding band to fit my ring and cleaned my engagement ring and made it shine and sparkle so bright. My stepdad died three days before my wedding of COVID. When I went in to pick up the ring, Shirley was so kind and sincere when she found out he had passed. Recently purchased an expensive luxury watch and needed help getting the band resized. Called around town including Lasker Jewler simply asking for a sizing, and was rudely told by a lady who answered the phone that unless I purchased my watch at Lasker they were not willing to help me out. Mind you, most places charge $30 to resize a watch band, whether or not you bought it from there or not. Called over to Master Jewelers and the lady who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Asked me to bring in my watch and they would see what they could do for me. Ended up bringing it in and not only were they personable, Bernie went above and beyond to make sure it was done right!
